Google Wi-Fi router, excellent location, away from everyone, but close to all. Beautiful cute cabin; close to Belleayre Ski center, Arkville train rides and hiking trails. The house was very clean and perfect size for my husband and I for our weekend stay. I loved the jacuzzi and sat in it during the rain. I loved that Rosanna was very pleasant and responded to my texts or messages right away. My husband and I would stay at the house again! We had neighbors at the house next to us and they we're real friendly and i loved that we we're able to go from our room to the porch and sit out there and cook diner and listen to the birds chirp!

We absolutely enjoyed it.. it was a long tax season get away stay.. and this property hit the mark. Very cozy cabin style property nestled off the main road very easy to find deceptively small on the outside and beautiful in the inside. All the amenities were in working order reaching out to the property. Owner was very easy and she was very patient. I would absolutely spend another weekend there.

The owner let us arrive 45 mins early which was very nice and the communication was always met with a prompt response. The few issues we encountered were, we could only get the wifi to work when we were in the living room by the router. The hot tub got really dirty after the first use, so we didn't use it again which was a big reason we chose this house. We informed the owner and she said the filter probably has to be changed. also, we wanted to make coffee that we brought with us and found that there was no coffee pot or carafe to use the coffee maker. We only were staying for 1 night and I think had we been staying longer some of these issues may have been dealt with from positive communications I had previously had with her. Besides that, the house was very clean, beds were fairly comfortable and none of the neighboring properties had people staying so it was extremely private.
