With private beachfront across the road, a dock, and a large deck for sipping your favorite tropical cocktails, you will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the ample sunshine. Kick your feet up in the hammock under the shade of the palapa while calming, sea breezes lull you to sleep. Or, cast directly off the dock and reel in a fresh Snapper or one of the many other species of fish that frequent the waters around the home. When everyone builds up an appetite, the well-equipped, full kitchen includes a gas range, coffee maker, blender, large fridge, and plenty of utensils to prepare the day's catch. Plus, the open layout of the living, dining, and kitchen areas makes for easy mingling and entertaining. Gather for game nights at the large dining table for six or kick back on the sofa for a movie night as the sun goes down. When it is time to hit the hay, all four bedrooms can be easily accessed with this single-story layout, so no one will have trouble getting a bit of shuteye when the stars come out. The home offers prime access to the area's incredible natural attractions, including great shopping and restaurants in the villages throughout Maya Beach and the Placencia Peninsula. Snorkeling at the Belize Barrier Reef, the world's second-largest reef system, is just a quick day charter or boat ride away. THINGS TO KNOW Gold Standard certified. Two kayaks and paddleboards are provided. Private washer/dryer included. There is a private beachfront across the road. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: The dock is about 60' from the house. There is no boat launch although a boat can be docked there. Swimming is much better in the Carribean sea from the beach lot that anyone staying there also has access to. The dock is 80' long and 40' wide, there are no fees. There is a palapa, hammock and chairs on the dock. You can also fish from the dock Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great, would recommend and would come back. Very private setting. Lots to enjoy with sups, kayaks, beach and lagoon with dock. Well layed out for a family of 8. We rented a 7 passenger car and had no problem with the trips into town for groceries etc.

This house has everything we needed. Wonderful beach and lagoon access. Loved the dock. We wished for an information book-don’t swim in the lagoon due to the crocodiles, and other helpful tips would have been nice. It is a long way from restaurants, groceries and other necessities. Definitely need a car or golf cart. Overall a nice house.

We appreciated being in a location close to a resort but private. Comfortable and sitting on the Pier was great. Service was Responsive. Location had us driving to sights an hour or two away. Roads are challenging especially at night. We enjoyed Placencia.

We had a great time. Our own private beach, kayak and boarding equipment. A private pier with covered cabana. A wonderful pls d to relax and enjoy the water. There is much to see in Belize around Placencia.

I enjoyed everything about the house and amenities. The only thing that can be improved is the shower knobs no real control of hot and cold water. Other than that everything was magnificent.
