The Parrot Cove is a wonderful place with a really helpful & friendly staff! Highly recommend this place for travelers who want to experience Belize’s beaches and culture.
I really can’t think of any negatives at all.

Being beachfront with access to kayaks and paddleboards, as well as a covered dock was quite nice. Walking down the beach in the morning was nice. The pool was great and refreshing. The room was nicely done and the AC works great. I love the little sitting area facing the pool and listening to the pool waterfall was nice. Staff was amazing and so friendly. I will come back
I wish the pool was beachfront so you could enjoy both the sound of the ocean while being in the pool. The bed was a little more firm than I like. Also the store or market was a golf cart ride a few minutes down the street, nothing in walking distance.

Nice location in Hopkins. Right on the beach and a couple minutes drive to nice restaurants.
Staff was also very nice.
We have a big room with a beautiful sea view and balcony.
It seemed that this hotel wanted to be an upscale hotel. They had an expensive (apparently good) restaurant and the prices were high for the room. But the way it was run was not worth the money.
First, they are under construction and we were not informed before reserving. They are adding a third floor and us being on the second floor... Heard hammering and construction work in the afternoon, so impossible to put our kids for a nap.
Also it wasn't clean. Used q tips on the ground around the construction site... Super unpleasant considering the price we paid.
And lastly, what kind of hotel with a restaurant doesn't have an open beach bar?!? We managed to get drinks when the employees arrived to set up for dinner only...
Very disappointed and not worth the money.
