INSIDE THE HOUSE Full of light and fresh coastal colors, the main living room is furnished with a sofa, comfy chairs, and two 75' Sony LED 4K, UHD smart TVs. The gorgeous open-concept kitchen has everything needed to cook up a feast with a commercial stove, fridge, and ice maker. There’s room for four at the kitchen island, while a wooden dining table offers seating for 10. Thoughtful touches include new Sony TVs in each bedroom. Seashell-themed decor brings a coastal vibe to the spacious master bedroom outfitted with a king canopy bed, chairs, and a 65' Sony UHD smart TV. Two guest bedrooms are each outfitted with a king bed. Little ones will adore the fourth bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. All rooms also come with the added luxury of a bathroom. An additional half bath is located upstairs. Kick back on a sprawling patio or enjoy a glimpse of the Gulf from two decks. Make use of the grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent -- visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game. Permit # 573260 THE LOCATION With the beach just a boardwalk away, spend lazy days sunbathing, paddling in the Gulf waters, and building epic sandcastles with the kids. Walk to local shops, arrange fishing trips at Private Deep Sea Charters (5-minute drive) or cruise 20 minutes to Schlitterbahn Water Park. Drive 5 minutes to La Barrataria for fabulous bay views and American classics, or take a 7-minute drive to Venetian Hot Plate for traditional Italian dishes. THINGS TO KNOW There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The stairs are a killer workout lol but easily accessible for older individuals. The porch has a great sunrise/sunset view and you can see the sand dunes and a little bit of the ocean. We had difficulty with turning on the main tv but the staff was more than helpful and even showed up at the house to help us!!! There are some games upstairs that you can play and there are some downstairs with some books left to read for the kiddos. Plenty of bathrooms and tons of towels and beach towels. You can even hook up a video game system to play downstairs. Walking to the beach is far and is a workout if you don’t drive or rent a cart. Pool is just a stroll down the path and literally a house or two away. Overall, we loved it there and will definitely be renting again in the near future.

Nice, tasteful furnishings. Not and over abundance of "Nautical" themed junk usually found at beach condos.
I didn't care for the layout, because the kitchen and den area were upstairs, but this if a very minor thing. I can walk the fight of stairs up, old as I am!

Priceless Vacation
Turnkey did an amazing job hosting us in Palmillas at Port A. The communication via text was timely and very helpful. When we arrived, we had trouble opening the hurricane front door which has a unique lock and before I could even call them, the property manager was walking up to help me. Perfect service and a beautiful vacation property. PS… my girls loved the bunk bed room!

The house was awesome! Just as described. Very well stocked and everything we needed was there. The house was very clean and all furniture and bedding was very nice. The resort amenities were also great and we enjoyed the onsite restaurant for take out. We would definitely want to return to this property and resort. The only issues we had were an ant problem which was addressed timely. We also could not connect to the Internet the first day and a technician came out the next day and got things on track. One suggestion..since golf carts could not go to the beach, it might be nice to provide rides back and forth or assistance transporting for guests.

My family and I had a very negative experience with this house. Wifi did not work the entire trip. Employee came out and could not get it to work. This was an issue for our group because we had one member that needed to work remotely and one child with special needs that utilizes Wifi enabled technology. Additionally, we experienced a significant bug issue in the kitchen during the entirety of the visit. Was difficult to cook and serve food without tiny, gnat like bugs getting all over it. Several meals/food item had to be thrown out. Again, we raised issue to Turnkey, they said they would have pest control come out but it never happened. The kitchen was gross. At one point I waited at the house for several hours waiting for the WiFi repair person and they never came. I missed valuable time at the beach with my family.

This home utilizes space well and is nicely furnished with a beach vibe. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare healthy dinners. It is a quick walk to the beach or should you wish to rent a golf cart, even quicker. Cell phone service seems to be best in the Master Bedroom. We would sometimes have it in the Family Room, but not always. This did not present a problem though. We would stay here again, as everyone was comfortable, and it was especially nice have 4.5 baths.

This will be our third stay at this amazing place. We absolutely could not be more pleased with the top of the line accommodations, from cookware, furniture, bedding, amenities. This place really is a luxury gem in Port A. We've loved staying at the absolutely beautiful resort (which we've now visited 4 times). We were disappointed for the first time with the resort management staff - did not seem as organized as our previous visits. They ran out of beach chairs over the weekend (so make sure to book yours in advance), they didn't do the pool movie due to winds (though didn't appear windy), restaurant was over and hour and a half wait and we got there at 5pm. I am hopeful these were a few isolated incidents, because we really have loved staying at this resort.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was great except the televisions in the bedrooms didn't work. We did not try to fix them, since we were too busy on the beach and at the pool. Also, the front door lock didn't seem to work from the outside - we just locked it from the inside.
