Please note that the basement laundry, backyard, front yard, and wrap around porch may be shared with other guests. Your apartment is completely private however. -Please note this apartment is located on the second floor. There is a winding set of stairs to ascend to your apartment (see photos). -We ask you take your shoes off to minimize traffic noise for the guests below you. -Guests must clean up after themselves in the kitchen and strip bedding before checkout -We are a very small safe college town but have motion detection cameras on your driveway parking spot only, for your piece of mind and security. -PETS will be considered on a CASE BY CASE BASIS. There will be an added $30 a night fee, per pet, if we accept your pet request. You must inquire about your pet before booking. Pet owners must pick up pet waste from outside spaces (bags provided) and pets are not allowed on furniture in the home. - Grill and Fire pit: Wood and Charcoal not provided. The fire pit may not be used on high wind days or if we are in a burn ban. Fire pit and grille must be completely put out before check out. Please MOVE GRILL AWAY from house when using.
