About this condo rental
Situated in Zilker, this lovely condo for $109 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. You know it’s a good omen for a vacation rental when our first renter was only supposed to stay in the Sweet for two nights...and ended up staying a month! The Sweet is a one-bedroom condo in the same building as the Treehouse, The Retro, ATX House, Heart House and Studio, however it is the most private unit in the building. The front patio sits opposite and down a flight of stairs below Trailside Drive. It's very quiet! The bedroom features a Tempurpedic king bed, a large closet and a large full length standing mirror. There is a second large closet in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished and there’s a shared propane grill on the back side of the building. All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap as well as sheets and towels, including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool! You just won’t find a better value for this location and size of the unit. The Sweet most certainly is sweet.

The Sweet is ideally located for services and recreation and is easily accessible to museums, park trails, and the very layered Austin transportation system. The hosts are responsive and direct. The condo was clean and well-stocked with traveler necessities. Would use their services again.

The unit was as advertised. The communication with the host was great. We felt well informed and prepared. We’ve been to Austin multiple times, but with all of the info provided by the host we still learned a lot about things to do and places to go. Sweet is perfect for a couple looking for a get away, close to downtown, Zilker Park, the South Lamar neighborhood and Barrón Springs. We will definitely stay there again.

This beautifully appointed and cozy unit is a walk from Zilker Park and Barton Springs. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. They provided everything we needed and more. Free laundry in the building too!. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay! This staff less hotel checks all the right boxes as far as communication, instructions, accommodation and cleanliness that make this place a little hidden gem. Will definitely be looking to stay here anytime I am in Lubbock.

Property was cozy, clean, and in a great location! Walk to Barton Springs/ Zilker park. 8$ Lyft ride to downtown. The door code was not the last four digits of my cellphone number but the property manager responded within 30 mins (on a Saturday afternoon). She also allowed us to check in an hour early without any issues. Would highly recommend!

How lovely! Such an oasis of a town right next to Austin, you can see the skyline, go to Barton springs, and walk to juice land! The condo was charming, clean, sustainable, and welcoming. Thank you!

We are so glad to select this property. It is an ideal place for visiting Austin, which is close to the sculpture garden, the park, Barton springs, the Botanical garden, etc. We walked to the Umlauf sculpture garden. The apartment is a very clean, quiet, and cozy apartment. The kitchen has every essential item. The king-size bed is super comfortable. The shower and towels are hotel standard. The setting of the living room is very cute. We enjoyed our stay! Will stay here again when visiting Austin!

Great bed and thoughtful amenities
My husband and I had a great stay at The Sweet. The location was perfect as we had friends in the area and we loved being near the park. Lots of thoughtful touches like coffee and cream, suitcase stand, plenty of nice hangars and extra blankets. The bed was WONDERFUL. So comfortable with nice cotton linens and pillows. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and often the bed and linens are subpar. Not at The Sweet! We would happily stay here again!

Great place to stay
We were in town for the Formula 1 race and this property was a great place to unwind after a hectic day. Great location, very quiet and peaceful but also close to downtown. If I'm ever back in Austin I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location! It was easy to find, if you follow the directions the owner sends. The space is great for a small group. It had everything we needed. Loved the bed, it was hard not to sleep in. Overall, The Sweet was exactly what we needed as a group. It a great way to see how people in Austin live. Zilker Parker was walking distance and worth being in this location alone. Loved it!

Great location, lovely hosts
The property was very clean with thoughtful touches (surge protectors on both sides of the bed for charging anything you need, makeup remover towelettes, essentials in the kitchen, games in the closet, etc.). The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to reply. Best of all was the location. We were 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do (watch the bats at sunset, kayak in Lady Bird Lake, relax at Barton Springs pool, spend a night on Rainey Street, ride electric scooters around downtown, eat and eat and eat). Would highly recommend!

My daughter, her dog and I stayed here for 2 nights while our home was being shown for sale. I was most surprised that there was no smell anywhere of previous dogs being on the property. Super clean!

Great Location
The Sweet was exactly as described. Owners were great to work with, location and size perfect, and bed was amazingly comfortable. We would definitely rent from them again. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on cleanliness was that the dining table hadn’t been cleaned, but that was no big deal. Everything else was great!

Lovely place
There was a mix up with booking dates and my stay. With that being said, the property manager jumped right in and made quick arrangements for me. It wasn't what I had planned but it was great. The location and the home were very clean, well kept and a great location. I wouldn't mind trying it again as planned.
