Peaceful and quite place to stay and the host is very attentive, trustworthy and friendly. This home is Very clean and adhered to COVID-19 rules. Has a full kitchen plus lounge and a massive smart TV. Separate Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Free secure parking, laundry services and it is close to town. Close to town centre The space Dear Guest’s, I’m very excited you decided to booked my listing LAVENDER HILL GUEST HOUSE in Bathurst, thank you! Here’s everything you need to know about this beautiful, modern/styles, and very clean one bedroom guesthouse with a double sofa bed in the lounge room. The main bedroom has a queen size non partner disturbance mattress. Beds are very comfortable and all linens are top of the Line-range on luxury feels. Very peaceful place to stay, relax and recharged with beautiful view from your bedroom windows. We have beautiful garden and abundance of trees around the property. The home are build on a three acre land with fantastic views of the mountains. Has a separate heating and cooling systems in your bedroom and your main areas. Bathrobes, towels, toiletries, extra linens, pillows and blankets provided for uses during your stay. Milk, butter, eggs, cereals, bread, tea and instant coffee plus coffee beans provided, so help yourself. Lactose dairy free milk and gluten free bread available on request. Full kitchen and appliances available for your used during your stay with a safety switch off for your cooktop. Laundry and ironing services available on request for extra fee. Guest access Public bus are not available to and from property to town centre, however Bathurst taxis and Uber transport are available to help you out to get around town and nearby tourist attraction. Please make a booking. There are few hired car company in town available. These are Hertz, Avis, Thrifty, and Budget to name a few. Street Parking hours vary from 1, 2 and all day parking nearby streets, and in the shopping centre mostly three hours. Other things to note We will have folders of all house rules and instructions including local services, Restaurants and Tourism attractions for your information to assist you to be comfortable during your stay.

Always a pleasure. It was our second time here and Robin Hill never disappoints. Maribel is the ultimate host. So many thoughtful and personal touches. We look forward to our next weekend here.

This property has it all! It’s in an absolutely beautiful location, it’s the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, just beautifully presented and the host Mirabel is so friendly and made our stay so perfect with little things like bread, fruit and milk and supplies ready for when we arrived. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bathurst - it’s the perfect place to stay.

It’s beautifully appointed. Very clean & comfortable. The owners Maribel & Mark, made sure we had everything we needed. She even stocked the fridge for us with the essentials. Their hospitality was exceptional.
The property is very spacious. The perfect size for two guests. The location is gorgeous, 5 mins from Bathurst centre. It’s very quiet & peaceful, with a lovely outlook.
We have already booked to go back next year.

Amazing Bed & Breakfast! The hilltop view was stunning. We enjoyed our walks on the misty mornings around the well maintained gardens and property. Lavender Hill is a beautifully presented home and very well equipped accommodation, which was spotlessly clean. We had fun with their cute pets, they were very friendly and loved cuddles. Thank you especially to Maribel for her kindness, for making us feel welcomed and very much at home. She and Mark had thought of everything to make our stay unforgettable. Hope to return sometime in the not too distant future.

Our stay at Maribel and Mark’s property exceeded all expectations.
EVERYTHING in this place feels like luxury. The kitchen had every gadget and utensil you could possibly need, the fridge was stocked with fruit, veggies, eggs, milk, sparkling water and still water. It was immaculately clean, and it felt like we were truly in our own home.
It was lovely and quiet, and Mark and Maribel were so welcoming and kind!

Beautiful stay in Robin Hill
Gorgeous granny flat, very well stocked and beautifully clean. We had everything we needed and would strongly recommend to any couple or pair of mates who want a peaceful and relaxing time away. Close enough to Bathurst to drive into town in 5mins which made it easy to get food and go out. Mark and Maribel were lovely hosts, highly recommend!

Maribel and Mark were the most loving and caring hosts! The beautiful property along with the spotless and very well equipped stay made our experience the best possible ! They were very responsive from the very start and always making sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend them enough ! Thank you so so much for sharing with us your place, which allowed us to to fill our journey with much joy and happiness! If I ever go past Bathurst again, I definitely know where I’ll be staying again !!!

A perfect getaway
This holiday is one of our favourites so far. The property has the best view of the town. The place itself is absolutely stunning and cleaned.
The place was above and beyond our expectations. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Awesome spot and apartment
Great location on a hill with valley views. Incredibly quiet. The accommodation is beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen - cereal, eggs, milk, bread, nice ground coffee, fruit and heaps more. Mark and Maribel are very generous and nothing is too much trouble. We travel a lot and this is one of the best. Make it a priority in Bathurst.

Maribel and Mark were the best and most thoughtful hosts we have met. We cannot fault the property. It was so clean and new it felt like we were the first ever guests to stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Maribel provided so many little extra touches made it a true home away from home. We especially enjoyed a few visits from their dogs as we missed our own. It will now be our go to place in Bathurst and we look forward to staying again soon. Very highly recommended!!!
