Tannin Apartment (circa 1850) is so named as it was once the separate outbuilding of the original Georgian residence of Mr William Page who established one of the first tanneries in Bathurst on this original block. His residence "The Tannery" is one of the oldest existing houses on the western side of the Macquarie River. The restoration of the Tannery and adjoining Tannin Apartment has won several heritage awards. Tannin Apartment location is perfect for visitors, being only a short walk or drive to the heart of Bathurst CBD. The property is perfect, everything we needed and nothing that we didn't. Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to Bathurst CBD it made a fabulous base to explore the region from. A beautiful old world charm with modern touches property. The host's communication was great, parking onsite a bonus. We loved it.

The stylish, comfortable and well-appointed apartment had all that we required including a dishwasher, washing machine and effective airconditioner. The king bed made for a great sleep. Covered car parking was conveniently close to the entrance. The delightful courtyard setting with mirrors and a handy washing line increased the property's appeal. Cleanliness was of a high standard and appliances were of good quality. The stovetop coffee maker, fresh fruit and milk in the fridge were truly appreciated.

We booked this gorgeous little apartment at the last minute and we were so glad we found it. Located in a quiet street close to all the town's amenities with an undercover carport and private access. The apartment was spotless and fitted with everything we needed, including a very comfortable king size bed and equipped kitchen. The living/sitting area is small but what is lost in size, is made up for in cleanliness, quality, functionality and character. Check in was contactless and easy and the provision of milk and fresh fruit on arrival. Why stay in a boring soulless hotel when you can experience sleeping under the roof of local history? We frequent Bathurst regularly and highly recommend this apartment and will stay again.

This is a spotless small apartment suited to a couple. It is set back from the street so is very quiet and has all the facilities needed for a few days stay. It is close enough to walk to the shops. The courtyard is a nice place to catch the sun.
