You’ll be close to all the action at Desert Gold. Some of our favorite options available to you: –Joshua Tree National Park: 800,000 acres of mystical beauty - Joshua Tree National Park is one of the world’s most incredible natural desert treasures. Sweeping, grand in scale and populated by granite monoliths and voluptuous rock and boulder formations. This quiet land, conducive to meditation and roaming, was carved by extremes in climate - wind, rain and an ever-present, relentless sun. Diverse forms of plant life are found everywhere, but none as unique or prevalent as the park’s namesake: the Joshua tree, standing majestically across the vast topography. –Pioneertown: Step back in time to thus rustic Old West-style village. Wander through the historic buildings, visit unique shops, catch a live music performance at Pappy & Harriets, and experience the Wild West charm. • The Integratron: New age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process. Everything at your fingertips and more, when you book with us today! ** Cleaning Protocols *** As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit. Guest Access: You will have the entire house and property to yourself, with the exception of the garage which is unavailable to guests at this time. The Neighborhood: Juniper Terrace is situated within a short drive from the most popular attractions in the High Desert, offering an incredible combination of convenience and tranquility. During the day, you can explore nature in your own backyard, and at night, the stargazing can’t be beat. This area is located just minutes from shopping and dining in Yucca and in Joshua Tree Village and the drive to the Black Rock Entrance and West Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park is not far at all. I was looking for a nice, homey accommodation around joshua tree national park because some of my family members, and I are traveling to the area to explore, and celebrate my birthday as well. I come across to this listing and was completely blown away by the design, and had to book it right away. The check-in process was straight forward, and was able to contact with them whenever needed. I think the picture doesn’t do justice on how beautiful and cozy the house is. We just fell inloooove with the architecture, and interior design of the house. I think the only downside we experience was the slow to no internet connection (which by all accounts was not their fault, this area is a secluded one so the connection relies on satellite and it could get spotty), which we honestly did not mind at all because we were able to just sit around each other and hang out. Over all experience was great, and would be returning here again in the future.

We stayed here in Mid October for two nights. It was a unique house, with a sunken living room and a retro feel. Beds were of high quality and we all slept like babies! We liked the polished concrete floors throughout the house (though it might be a bit cold in the winter). Really well stocked kitchen. Back yard was great, though we didn't get to use it much or the hot tub located there. Lots of artwork and even books on art throughout the house. A nicely stocked library along one wall with interesting titles for the readers among us. It wasn't perfect. The shower nozzle in the master bedroom bath was not working properly. Also, we had an unseasonable rain and there were some roof leaks. But we quickly located some buckets and placed them below the leaks. Once the rain stopped, so did the leaks. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

This house is an absolute stunner. The sunken living room with that gorgeous italian designer sectional was 100% what sold it for me. Such a cozy and stylish place to stay. The home itself has 4 bedrooms and so much room in the common areas. Really enough room for 8 people, but the refrigerator while really stylish, seemed quite small for a party that size. I also wish there was laundry access and more light in the backyard, especially around the horseshoe area. I think some string lights on the patio would really make the backyard shine in the evenings.
