When done exploring, come home to complimentary coffee, cable TV, gym, and modern decor. The Space: This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City! Great amenities are: - Direct beachfront and boardwalk access - Washer dryer on each floor. You can pay by app at $2/load - Fully equipped kitchen - Plenty of beds! - Complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available. - Complimentary coffee - Fitness center access - 2 complimentary parking spots per reservation (parking codes will be provided) Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1: 2 queen bed Bedroom 2: 2 queen bed Living /Common spaces = 1 sofabed Wheelchair Accessible! Guest Access: Guest have access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities The Neighborhood: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are: - Absecon Lighthouse - Atlantic City Aquarium - Marine Mammal Stranding Center - Renaissance Plaza - Brigantine Town Center Getting Around: The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! Other Things to Note: Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No smoking No parties or events Late check out fee is at $75/hour There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police, escorted off the premise by security, and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Interaction with Guests: We are available 24/7 by message through the app, call, text, or email!

Reviewing this property is complicated. Condo was spotless and owners were great to deal with. BUT... this condo is located in Showboat complex which is a mess. Three of the four elevators were out of service making for long waits all the time. Locals told us it had been that way for months. The pool and deck were dirty and needed maintenance. The lineup at checking was very long and only one key for the room was available. This is a huge inconvenience when you have a big group. Parking garage is dirty, smells of garbage and cigarettes. Plan for a very long walk with luggage to and from room to parking garage. Also, the app to pay for the parking is a confusing mess. It's too bad because the listing owners do a great job and most of the problems are out of their hands.

This condo is right inside of the Showboat Hotel, and very conveniently located right on the boardwalk, close to the beach, all the shops, restaurants etc. This was the perfect spot to spend a weekend with friends as it was spacious, 3 full bathrooms, 4 queen beds, a full kitchen. We would gladly return! A few minor details that could be improved upon would be adding some decor, stocking the kitchen with more utensils, glasses etc. Rooms need more clothing hangers for the number of people that it sleeps. Needs more pillows and some throw blankets in the living room. The next part is really just to help improve the process for future guests: The check-in process was frustrating as the Showboat hotel front desk employees didn’t seem to want to deal with checking people in for a vrbo rental. They were rude to my friends that checked in first, and would not pull up any email communications from Cozysuites to verify who was checking in. My friends waited in the lobby for about 45 mins before they were given keys to the condo at around 9pm. The only thing delaying them was their refusal to pull up emails that cozysuites had sent at least two times, over a week before arrival, and then a second the day before. Despite that, all in all it was a fantastic stay, close to everything and we truly enjoyed it!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at CozySuites. The unit was in a great location and was perfect for our family of 8. The Showboat is a very family friendly hotel, there isn’t a casino which made it way less crowded than other facilities and I appreciated the ease of walking through the hotel each morning to get to the beach and our other destinations. The unit is very pet friendly as well as the hotel as a whole so just something to keep it mind. We had an oversized vehicle which the Showboat was able to accommodate with surface parking. The host was extremely communicative both before and during our visit. We would definitely stay again if we ever come back to AC.
