The Space: The Junction is a cozy studio space of 155 sqft, just an hour's drive from Yarra Ranges National Park passed by Blue Lotus Water Garden, La La Falls, and Cement Creek Redwood Forest. It offers guests a comfortable stay with its well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, and heating. Perfect for 2 people. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook your light meals with. A portable cooker, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes & silverware, a microwave, and even a mini fridge. The portable cooker can be kept in the drawers when not in use to maximize space. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings including private access driveway and parking allocated to the tiny house. Take a ride or walk along the rail trail O‘Shannassay Aqueduct trail, the Californian Redwood Forest Cement Creek or ride to the top of Mount Donna Buang. Getting Around: Public Transport: - Bus - Nearest town Yara Junction - Driving times 2 minutes Other Things to Note: - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - You may use the log outside as bike stand if you are bringing your bike - Please remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the property - Tiny home is positioned 100 meters from main home and backs onto netted orchard and shedding - Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house Horses Policy - Any damage done by horses shall be payable by the horse owner - Horse owners are advised to follow the house rules discussed with the land host - Horse owners are responsible of cleaning and picking up after their horses' manure - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Horse stay is at $30 per horse per night.
