About this house rental

Situated in Olive, this charming house for $1,318 per night is a great option for your next break. A Retreat @ Hudson Woods is a luxury oasis nestled in the private woods of Kerhonkson. Nearby breweries, farms, and fine dining restaurants make Kerhonkson a true destination, but the privacy and relaxing nature of A Retreat is a peaceful draw as well. The pool is 3ft deep at the shallow end and 6ft deep at the deepest point. Heating is available for *added cost* There is a new cedar-soaking hot tub on the property, right outside of the pool house! Garden/Wildflower Meadows: There are two native grass and wildflower meadows, one on the north side of the guest house and another on the south side of the main house. We are working to re-establish these areas by hand weeding and reseeding until the meadow is restored. Note - these areas will not be mowed. The outdoor herb/ vegetable garden is near the guest house and will have bi-weekly visits on Wednesdays to check the garden. If you are staying in the guest house we ask you to PLEASE be sure to shut the vegetable garden door to keep the animals out. This listing is for the larger house on the property that features another smaller house that we also rent. There is privacy so that you will not see or need to interact with anyone renting the other house on the property. PLEASE MESSAGE US IF YOU WANT TO USE THIS SPACE. THE FEE IS $100/NIGHT AS IT SLEEPS UP TO 8 AND HAS A FULL BATHROOM.** OUTDOOR: Heated pool (available Memorial Day to Labor Day only), propane grill. The pool house has 2 outdoor showers and a fireplace inside the house. KITCHEN: High-end chef's kitchen with everything you'll need! Cookware/gadgets: toaster, Vitamix, cutting boards, 3 strainers, 3 mixing bowls, cheese grater, measuring bowl, measuring cups and spoons, saute pans, pots, food scale, pizza cutter, can opener, peeler, knife set, food containers, spices. Coffee: Drip coffee maker: Mr. Coffee BVMC-PC12BL2-NP DēLonghi espresso maker Pool - available until Labor Day weekend. Heating for the pool is available for an added cost. 3ft shallow end, 6ft deep end.
