The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a double oven, are ideal for creating family meals.



Step outside to the enclosed alfresco area, where café-style blinds make outdoor dining comfortable in any season. The lush grassed garden offers a secure, serene space to unwind or for the kids to play.



The primary bedroom is located on the ground floor, offering a peaceful retreat with a queen bed and garden access—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee. It also features a walk-in robe and an ensuite with double sinks and showers. Upstairs, you’ll find a second queen bedroom and a room with two king-single beds, both thoughtfully designed for comfort including wardrobe space and black-out blinds. They share the main bathroom with a large bathtub. This upper level boasts a secondary TV room, a great space to relax with a movie, and a furnished balcony that showcases ocean views.
