Situated in Cary, this attractive house for $239 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: Newly remodeled three bedroom, two full bathroom home. Home features all new appliances, private space nestled walking distance (with sidewalks) and minutes from downtown Cary restaurants and shops. Conveniently located steps from one of the largest retirement communities in Cary. The Space: Home features a huge front porch with rockers as well as a ramp leading directly to front door for handicap accessibility. Perfect for guests who need to work from home with fiber high speed internet. Primary bedroom has California king sized bed and ensuite primary bathroom, additional two bedrooms have queen sized beds. Washer and dryer for guests' convenience. This home is pet friendly with a two dog maximum and a pet fee. Guest Access: Our home is set up for guests with their comfort as first priority. Guest will have access to entire home as well as carport, washer, dryer and spacious front porch. Guests can park up to four vehicles in the driveway and carport. If more spaces are needed please ask host as additional parking is available. We do have one locked owner's closet. The Neighborhood: This home is walking distance to downtown Cary and conveniently located. We are close to the new Downtown Cary Park, many shops and restaurants. Other Things to Note: ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have. We do have multiple homes available in this area of Cary! Interaction with Guests: Host is available by phone but will give you privacy during your stay.

My daughter-in-law and I were in Cary with her 15 month old twins! The house was perfect and very baby friendly- no Knick knacks, no stairs, high chair and pack and play available, just great. The carport made it so easy to come in and out. Lots of little extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee and filters, garbage bags and toilet paper! Molly was available within minutes of my contacting her and responded immediately. We arrived later than we expected and were greeted with a lit carport and lights on throughout the house. Made us feel very safe and comfortable. Cooked many meals and had most of what we needed. Def recommend and will def be back!

We needed a place to stay over the holidays and to be near our daughter for the delivery of our first grandbaby. It was close to so many things and allowed for our dog to come along. There was a paved wooded walking trail just around the corner and a long covered porch with rockers where we could listen to the birds and hang out. The host responded quickly to the few questions we had. We'd stay here again for sure.

We visited Cary for a specific reason and this house was about 5 minutes to where we needed to go 5 days a week for 3 weeks. The location worked out great for us. The neighborhood is residential so a good place to take walks. Close drive to everything (groceries, restaurants, stores, etc). The house has all the basics. Nothing fancy but everything works and is clean. We would rent again.

We stayed there for five weeks until our home was completed. Molly was more than accommodating and quickly responded to any needs that we had. It’s a very quiet location and woodsy, which suited us. We got to know people from the area since we walk our dog throughout the day; everyone there was so very nice. We would definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

This little house is awesome! Clean and neat in the inside - just as advertised! So quaint. Met all of our needs. Nice size gathering room. Comfy mattresses. Kitchen well appointed. Large master suite with large closet.

I really liked this vacation home! It was clean, comfortable and close to everything. The porch on the side of the house is where I spent alot of time on the rocker… Enjoyed the nature sounds especially the birds…😁 I will stay here if I visit Cary again! My husband and I came down from WNY to enjoy a few days with our daughter who attends UNC. We absolutely loved the house. It was perfectly clean and adorable. Very closely located to wonderful downtown shops and restaurants. We will be coming back again. We really enjoyed it.

Rented this house for a long weekend for aunt/uncle 50th wedding anniversary celebration. This house is modern and lovely decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable. The towels smell good and our soft. The air conditioner is awesome and we sure needed it because it was very hot and humid. It’s a bonus to have body wash, shampoo, conditioner, sheets and towels provided. The neighborhood is very quiet. We will stay here again when in Cary.

Molly’s place was a great place to stay. It was clean and well set up. The porch is a nice spot to sit first thing in the morning or at the end of the day. It is about a five minute drive to downtown Cary. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and get groceries etc. a great central location all around.

Enjoyed our stay while visiting our college kids. Molly, the property manager was very attentive and welcoming. The house was exactly as shown and clean. The gas fireplace was a nice addition especially given the cold wind that blew for most of our trip! Only suggestion would be extra blankets for those cooler nights.
