Ledgestone Lodge comfortably sleeps 29 guests in 8 bedrooms, including the loft. All of our bed linens and towels are professionally cleaned and beds are made prior to you checking in. All included with no added cost to you. This home is set up for family reunions and gatherings of family and friends. Privacy and quiet enjoyment is what you will find in this property. Nothing but complete relaxation. Ledgestone Lodge is a cape chalet with more than 5400 square feet of interior space and more than 1800 sq ft. of patio and deck outdoor living space . Our home has a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and of which includes 2 master bedrooms and a loft. Our home was designed for spacious comfort for groups as small as a couple looking to be secluded with a tremendous scenery and wild life, but can also accommodate larger family groups with a need for 14 queen beds. Our home has a very large expansive great room which includes a large kitchen, a cocktail bar, breakfast bar, dining area and living room area . We also have a 6 channel Wifi system with 11 high definition smart tv's in our home which consists of 32" Smart Samsungs in all of our bedrooms, 75" Smart Samsungs in our Game and Great Rooms. We also have a 6-8 person hot tub on our private out door patio. In our game room we also have a brand new "Licensed" Classic Video Game with more than 100 all time classic favorites which is free play along with an 8 ft regulation size pool table. We also have our home wired for streaming audio from Sonos which is capable of streaming your own audio from your cell phone, tablet or PC. We have 2 bedrooms which are furnished with 1 queen cedar log bed, cedar log dressers and mirrors and we have 6 more bedrooms with 2 queen cedar log beds with cedar log dressers and mirrors totaling 14 queen beds in our home. We also have a daybed with a twin mattress in the loft for overflow. All of our bedrooms have wildlife or landscape provided by our professional photographer which makes all of our bedrooms have a theme. All of our bed coverings are very high quality designer applique or quilts. If you are looking to spend your vacation with, by far the best wildlife and luxury, you have found the perfect home. We have a total of 5 homes in Lake Harmony which our Construction Company has built and we manage without realtors or so called property managers. With that said, we have no booking or inspection fees and we are available 24 hours a day to assist you with any of your questions or concerns while staying in one of our homes. We primarily caterer to families, adult groups and business people, and therefore do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. All tenants must be present on our properties during their scheduled stays and we absolutely do not host high school prom parties.

Erin and crew were wonderful hosts! The house was immaculate and the owners are very kind and welcoming. There were 28 of us who spent Thanksgiving here. We all had a place to sleep, every amenity imaginable and the surrounding area is amazing with lots to do. We loved taking walks around lake, finding hiking trails, and hanging out at the house playing pool or enjoying hot tub. We also went to the indoor water park nearby. The kids loved it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving feast and the table and kitchen island were large enough for us to share a meal. Unforgettable family memories. Thank you SO much!

This is the second time we stayed here and had a wonderful time. Our favorite feature was the dining room table which was large enough for us all to sit around and eat and play games. The fireplace which faces indoors and outdoors is another nice focal point and it was warm enough to sit around outside. The house provided linens this year which was a plus. The only downside was that the oven only seemed to heat when on convection so it took us forever to cook dinner the first night. Also, be aware that the bears can get into the garbage despite using ammonia and locking the latch. All in all, its a great house - very spacious and great location!

We hosted our parents’ 50th anniversary family get together here and the house was perfect! No issues to deal with. Very spacious and fun things for the kids to do. If I could say 1 thing- the master bedroom should have a king bed. Beautiful home!

The house is beautiful! It is huge and easily accommodated all of us. It is in fabulous condition and has everything we could have possibly wanted. The enormous granite dining area seats at least 16 people and was the gathering spot for us all weekend. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the lake and a convenient drive to so many places. We really appreciated the dual dishwashers, 2 full sized refrigerators and the separate wine and drink refrigerators under the island and on the lower level in the game area. Hot tub was excellent and easy to use. All-in-all, excellent experience - thank you!

This house was perfect for our group of 13 adults and 8 children (ranging from 1-17). We loved how open the kitchen/living area was, as well as a the basement. The kids liked the loft area which is where the wanted to sleep even though we had plenty of bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and had two refrigerators and a wine fridge as well as a fridge in the basement. The indoor/outdoor gas fireplace was awesome too! Plenty of parking and space outdoors to hang out and play games. Deer visited multiple times a day and we hand fed them fruits/vegetables so if you like that kind of thing, bring extra food for them and they’ll keep visiting throughout your stay!!

The house was very nice and spacious for a large group but wouldn’t stay there again. It was expensive and you literally have to clean the entire place prior to leaving (all trash needed to be taken out including the bathrooms, bed needed to be made, floor were to be vacuumed, dishes needed to be emptied and put away). Basically all cleaning needed to be done and the only thing the cleaners would have left to do is mop! Your paying so much in cleaning fee plus the rental and than on top of that cleaning the entire place yourself!
We also had to take the trash to a near by trash bin (drive there with the trash in our car) because the trash was full when we arrived.

We travel with a large group of 24 every labor day, so it's tough finding a house and location that suits our needs. This one checked all of the boxes! A house large enough to house all of us and keep the kids entertained, a lake with a private beach to cool off, and an indoor waterpark to release some energy! Our host, Jim, was very accommodating with my millions of questions and very clear about our stay. If anyone wants a stress-free week or weekend, this is your spot. Thank you!

Ledgestone Lodge is beautiful and spacious, and the location couldn’t be better! We stayed here as a group of friends and everyone had plenty of space for dining and relaxing. Everything is brand new and beautiful!
