All bedrooms have Televisions and the home comes with free Wi-Fi. **Check In – 4pm **Check Out – 10am 24-hour check in available. Contactless check-in and departure. Read Before Booking this property: Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500. Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started. Today we check out and this was a very terrible stay . The house was nothing as advertise. We are requesting a refund . Please let me know how you wish to proceed.We could not even enjoy the pool was not working .

Overall the property as advertised, spacious and very accommodating :however the property had several bug issues (roaches)…the property should be exterminated after each use.

Absolutely loved this house. It had so much room. Kids had fun in the pool . Only thing there wasn’t a bbq to use but we dealt with it. The location was perfect since it was less than a 10 min ride to where we wanted to go. Walmart was 4 min away. I over pack but they had extra toilet paper and trash bag which came in handy. They were very responsive when I had questions and it was so easy to check in and out. Thanks again !!

Overall the property was nice and the location is perfect. Only complaints are that they could really use more cookware (pots, pans, etc) due to the size of the property and the amount of people it can host. Also upon arrival there were painters painting the porch and pool area so we could not access the front entryway or pool area. Better communication is needed in events that routine maintenance is scheduled so that it does not interfere with scheduled reservations at the property.

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was clean and comfortable.Not to far from Walmart and other stores and attractions like Disney etc. However I would have appreciated more communication from the property. A notification when they made repairs. Would have been nice. The repairs was necessary as there are raccoons and other animals that try to get in the pool area. Also more supplies because we ran out and had to buy supplies like toilet tissue and paper towels.

Local property team doesn’t respond to issues in a timely matter, don’t rent home on weekend they have one in there office or anyone that can come out and fix issues. Been to other property like this and after every rental the have a team come and clean the pool area not with this company.

We had two families staying at the house during our stay so the upstairs was a fantastic layout for us. Two master bedrooms and every room had an en-suite. The downstairs was very big as well. Only complaints were the lack of kitchen supplies. I would suggest bringing plastic cups of your own. We also had to clean the pool ourselves. We live in Florida with our own pools so we knew what to do, but it seemed as if the pool deck had just been bleached and they rinsed everything into the pool. Then the water was to low for the pool pump to circulate the water so we had to fill it ourselves enough for the pump to work properly. Other than those two things we really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again!

It was easy to get into the property. The lady a the gate was very nice and helpful. The property was better than what the pictures showed it to be. We loved it and want to return there again.

Love Rentals / EPIC management LOCKS your thermostats on the AC and top floor where all 6 bedrooms are, STAYS HOT!!!! They did not supply the house with enough kitchen items or linens for the people we reserved house for. Could not eat as a family since there were only 8 forks for 12 people. Also, had to share washcloths....only provided 7 of them!!!! We were there from Friday till the following Saturdays (9 days). We called upon arrival on Friday, then again on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Even asking for management to call me. Finally, on our 6th day there, the drop the supplies off. Leaving us with only Thursday and Friday since we were leaving early Saturday morning. Also had pool problems as well!

Gate staff wanted to scan, rescan, talk to a tin box then suggest we email the management team. Duly did so but no reply so difficulty entering gated community each time. Also food and rubbish under beds, in drawers, front bench and sofas. Lovely house but staff let down the experience.
