L'appartamento nel quale abbiamo soggiornato in 5 non era grandissimo ma gli spazi erano ben sfruttati. Ottima la pulizia. In cucina abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il grande terrazzo che, complice il bel tempo, ci ha permesso di mangiare molte volte all'aperto. Da menzionare la zona Spa che abbiamo usato un paio di volte. Facile da prenotare, e molto piacevole per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Großzügige Wohnung und eine Garage um unsere Mountainbikes abzustellen. Eigener Parkplatz und Terrasse.
Brötchenservice war nicht so flexibel aber da die Bäckerei mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit ist, haben wir einfach selber geholt.

Il contratto non prevedeva la colazione, ma c'era sia la caffettiera per le cialde che quella per il caffè all'americana. Dotazione della cucina completa: lavastoviglie, forno, forno a microonde, piano di cottura ad induzione, cappa aspirante. la lavatrice comune nei fondi a pagamento (8 €) e sauna gratis da prenotare su quaderno. Posizione splendida con vista prati e montagne, e sufficientemente vicino al centro.
Noi, in 4 con un cane di taglia media, avevamo la suite al piano terra, che potrebbe ospitare comodamente 10 persone (una camera doppia, una con due letti a castello + il matrimoniale, una con matrimoniale + divano letto due posti. La posizione , sotot la strada principale, è fantastica perchè non vedi altre case ma la montagna e puoi dormire con la finestra socchiusa perchè non senti i rumori della strada nè del vicino distributore dove la benzina (a metà agosto) costava meno che in Italia. Peraltro Nauders è a meno di 10 KM da Curon Venosta dove c'è la farmacia e ancor più vicina a resia dove c'è una ottima macelleria. In paese ci sono due fornitissimi supermercati e un bel panificio

The property was set back from the main road so there was little traffic noise. The apartment had 2 balconies, both with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
The whole apartment needed checking for things that were faulty / not right.
The fridge had 2 broken shelves in the door, which seriously restricted storage space.
The light fittings over the dining room table were hanging down.
The floors under the beds had not been cleaned, there was even a sock there from a previous guest!
Light bulbs needed replacing.
Screws were missing from the door handle plate.
We reported the issues with the fridge, the light bulbs, the dirt under the beds, the light fittings. The only issue that was dealt with was the dirty floor, but by the time someone came to clean it we had already done it.
Maybe a check list needs to be provided to the housekeeping so they can make sure everything is up to standard.
