Clean, spacious, private and in the most desired neighbourhood in Saskatoon! Park your vehicle out front for free and walk to everything "The Paris of the Prairies" has to offer. The funky Broadway District with its pubs, restaurants, nightlife and festivals is literally down the street. The U of S and Royal University Hospital are an equally quick walk in the other direction. And, a scenic stroll over the Broadway Bridge takes you to the city's vibrant downtown and beautiful river valley.

This is a great basement suite in a wonderful location, walking distance to Broadway Ave, University of Saskatchewan, and parks along the river. It is very thoughtfully appointed with everything you might need in a home away from home, and immaculate! Check in was simple. You can sometimes hear the homeowners upstairs but we didn’t find it disturbing. We’d definitely return if we find ourselves in Saskatoon again!
