Situated in Sellwood - Moreland, this attractive house for $166 per night is a great choice for your next break. Sitting in the heart of Sellwood, this incredible newly constructed two bedroom guest house is a fantastic retreat. The location is truly special. Sitting just four blocks from Sellwood park and Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge you are just moments away from multiple parks and trails along the waterfront. There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment options just a walk or a short drive away as well. The retreat is tucked back behind the main house and is a quiet and private location. Outside you will find ample room for seating, a fire-table, and BBQ on the deck for your grilling desires. Inside there is an open layout with a eat-in kitchen connected to the living room. There is a half bath on the lower level. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs for convenience as well. The entire retreat has just been finished and the décor and design has been completed to offer the perfect blend of style and comfort for you. Downtown Portland is less than five miles to the north and Lake Oswego is the same distance to the south. and The Sellwood Retreat is a wonderful option for up to four people looking to explore and enjoy Portland, visit family, or work in the area. This house was perfectly clean and well maintained. One of the AC units malfunctioned while we were staying there and the management company was extremely responsive and fixed it right away.
The home had all the amenities we needed. The backyard was so comfortable and relaxing. It was nice to be walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
We will definitely stay here again if it’s available!.

The house was wonderful and perfectly placed. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in one bedroom was broken. We had to follow up on this a few times through out the stay. It was not able to be fixed. I loved the property but had to ask for some compensation due to the air conditioner problem (it was leaking on the bed). I feel they should have immediately offered something without me asking.

The rental was extremely clean and comfortable. It's new, and all the furnishings are as well. We were provided with adequate kitchen accessories, t.p., towels, etc. I highly recommend this home.

A great home base for a long weekend in Portland for my family (me my wife and daughter) to visit our youngest our daughter who attends Reed college. The accommodations were very comfortable and the up and down layout provided plenty of space for the 4 of us. Sellwood neighborhood has many great dining and shopping offerings. We look forward to staying here again on future visits.

The location and neighborhood is great, very walkable and convenient with lots of good parking close by. The beds were not a fave (very squishy) and we could have used some kitchen essentials go help us get settled (there was no salt/pepper or any spices/oil) . I had assumed (incorrectly) that a pdx rental would have good coffee to get our visit off to a good start, but there are lots of good coffee spots close by. Other than those little inconveniences, the accommodations were comfy and convenient.

Great quiet location in Sellwood. Good parking. A pretty basic place, no frills. Sparsely decorated. The beds were comfy. Unfortunately the upstairs Air Conditioning in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. The management company sent several texts asking for a 5 star review but when I let them know about the issue they said that they would be right on it and I never heard from them again so 4 nights one room was so unbearable hot. Also lots of old food in the pantry so that was kind of gross. All in all location and quiet factor rates a 5, decor a 3 and management company a 1.

This place was beautiful, centrally located to nice area with food and breweries. Located about 15 minute drive from downtown. The house was very comfy and felt like being at home. The owners were quick and responsive. I would stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends

Spotless Accommodation in a Charming Portland Neighborhood!
Lots of things to love about this spot!
- Sellwood location is easily walkable to numerous fantastic shops and restaurants. We tried several nearby restaurants and food trucks and loved them all!
- Charming, safe neighborhood with a very friendly vibe. We walked around the neighborhood with our children and never felt unsafe.
- Accommodation is extremely well appointed and spotless. Our kids loved the place and were very sad to leave.
Highly recommended to anyone interested in enjoying a wonderful untainted neighborhood of Portland!

We had a great time visiting family in Sellwood. The place was easy to access, very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. There was enough space for us to gather inside - wish the rain would have let up so we could use the nice patio. All in all, it was a lovely stay and we would stay here again.
