This condo has extra nice finishes with mahogany wood throughout! It is a walk-in unit with elevator access. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in the main living area on the first level. An extra spacious master bedroom and bath with an extra living area (and bath) in the loft. There is wood flooring and tile in the living area. From this penthouse unit, you can see what 5 stories up looks like! There is a large private deck with access to the dining area. The large windows allow a fantastic lake view and natural light to flow throughout this open concept unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and island. The main-level master offers a King-size bed with an en-suite bath with 3′ X 4′ shower and double sinks. There are queen-size beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in each of the living areas. The living areas each have a TV with a DVD player and TVs in all bedrooms. There is a spacious master bedroom in the loft that has an en-suite bath with 3′ X 4′ shower, double sinks, and a custom walk-in closet. The 2nd master bedroom on the main level has a 3rd bath off the hallway with a tub/shower combo and a door to the 3rd bedroom also. The 4th bath is off the loft living area with a 3′ x 4′ shower and double sinks. There is a full-size front-loading washer and dryer in the hall laundry. This condo offers an additional living space upstairs! For those who have difficulty navigating stairs, this unit may not be ideal. The quality of the property was amazing with great space and beautiful amenities. However, there were small things like the back door handle was loose and leaked when raining. The blinds wouldn’t close with the remote and multiple switches didn’t work for lights. Other than those small things that need maintenance, the place was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the amazing view and all the space. My only suggestion is more pots and making sure they are clean. We went to make eggs and they only had one frying Pan and it was caked in old food. The kitchen has a million cabinets but is lacking dishes. We had prepared dishes that needed baked on a cookie sheet but never found one. But overall that was minor and would stay again.

Very neat and clean 3 bdrm condo with a Master loft! Very cool arrangement on the top floor of Building 14 at Treehouse Condos in Indian Point!! The only thing to recommend is to add some additional seating in the living area. If all three bedrooms are occupied it is very tight seating. Other than that, a great experience.

We were a group of 3 couples staying in this lovely home on the top floor of the Hawthorne building. The set-up was perfect, each having their own bathroom & private area. Big & beautiful kitchen. Plenty of gathering spaces, including the deck with an amazing view of Table Rock Lake.

Everything was great if I had one suggestion, leave instructions on how to open blinds, pretty sure needed remote but could not figure out. 20 min from Branson, a few mins from lake and silver dollar city. Only had my family with us but easily could of had 8 more people comfortably. 4 full bathrooms!

We loved everything about this condo. 4 bathrooms made it great with 2 teenagers and an almost teenager. The back deck had such beautiful views of the lake that we spent a lot of time out there. It’s mostly shaded after noon so it makes for a great sitting area. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay. Being only a few miles away from Silver Dollar City was definitely a major plus as well.

This rental was very up to date, clean, and had a great view. Plenty of hot water and towels for our family of 5. We arrived on a very rainy evening. Staff brought us more towels immediately. All the staff is great to work with. Wish there was more parking but we made it work. Fully recommend.👍🏻

The property was just like the photos show. The condo was beautiful and we'll maintained. We had no issues finding the place and checking in. We had all that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was equipped with basics for cooking but we did need to improvise a bit for our family of 9 as the pots and pans were more suited for a smaller family.
