Picturesque views aren’t the only benefit of renting this home - in addition, you’ll have access to the wonderful on-site amenities offered at Venture Out Resort: a heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence. IMPORTANT NOTE: Venture Out charges a one-time Registration/Resort Fee due upon arrival: $116.28 + $8.72 Tax = $125 for up to 4 people (Credit card or cash) PAID DIRECTLY TO VENTURE OUT. If you arrive with more than 4 people which is the maximum allowed in the home, you will not be permitted in the park. Venture Out guests are required to submit additional paperwork in advance of arrival, which Last Key will collect and coordinate within the week of your arrival. Guests should be prepared to submit all guest information to comply with HOA requirements.

This property was amazing. As beautiful as it seems in pictures, it is even more beautiful in person. Everything was extremely clean and organized. They even had extra beach towels and floats for us to use, incase we needed them. Nadia, the property manager, was phenomenal. She was always available through call or text with any questions I had. The location of this property was perfect because it was on a corner lot and the market, along with the boat ramp, was nearby. I highly recommend this property and will be staying here again in the future!

The house and community could not be better catered toward a visiting angler. Walk off your back deck and step on to your boat only a short ride from the best of both the keys offshore and backcountry fishing. The house was also exceptionally clean and conveniently located directly next door to a convenience store and boat ramp, with a great tackle shop just around the corner

The place was clean, easy to find, and the owners were very responsive. If you want to visit the keys without dealing with Key West crowds this is perfect. We had a boat rental delivered right to our dock and in about 15 minutes we were snorkeling on a reef.

Beautiful views from 2nd floor patio. Beautiful modern interior with lot of upgraded appliances. Patio are below perfect for outdoor grilling. We loved this place. Bonus the big TV in the living room was perfect during March Madness!!!!

Phenomenal views! Well-kept property. Furnishings can be improved: no comfortable chairs, no dressers in either bedroom, second bedroom too small for either king or twin beds - one queen might work; shades in bedrooms inadequate for the amount of light. Also, kitchen not as well stocked as most VRBOs. Nadia was excellent in adding to provisions when requested.

We had an amazing time. We stayed for 4 nights and the view is amazing from the home and especially the patio/deck. We took several pictures and it does look just like a postcard. Everything in the home is just as described. Comfortable beds and seating in the home. Will stay here again in the future.

online info is very accurate, no surprises. just as beautiful as it looks. if your looking for a beautiful home to enjoy the keys in this is wonderful. venture out resort is safe, clean & quiet. 20 miles from key west so when you want the action there it is & when you want to escape all that this house is perfect. house is very well stocked & best thing is washer & dryer as we had a lengthy stay & didn't have to haul around dirty clothes. beds comfortable, master bed a "dream". the deck is the best part, watch sunrises & sets over the water. could go on forever..... was perfect for our keys vacation.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean, updated and quiet. It was perfect for my husband and 2 adult children. It is located right next to the marina on a canal so you can see lots of boat and water sport activities. The one thing I wish the description would have included is the location. It’s in a place called Venture Out Resort. This is a mixed bag of stand alone condos, RVs and motor homes. The resort has tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, swimming pool, hot tub, ping pong and pool tables. It’s like a big park where people live full time and also where people vacation. There are different events that are put on like yoga, bingo, sometimes church services. There is a convenience store right on property attached to the marina which again is located right next to this rental. Had we known all of this we would have packed for all the activities that are available. You can rent a boat and keep it right in front of the condo. This would have been helpful for our stay. We liked that the whole park is about 4 miles so we could walk and run on vacation. We wish we would have rented bikes while there. We loved the relaxed vibe of Cudjoe Key. We will definitely be back!!

This is a great place! Very clean, views are spectacular! House and amenities are perfect! Close to everything! Our property contact Laura was phenomenal and ensured everything was perfect. She even made it a point to come meet in person to assist us with anything we needed. This will be our new "Go To" whenever we visit the keys!
