This Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath canal front home awaits your arrival. In a gated condominium community, Keys Time offers all the amenities one may want for their Dream Vacation. Including a Community Pool and Spa, Tennis Courts, Recreational Hall, Community Store, Ocean View access at the Community's Tiki Huts, and more. Being only 22 miles North of the famous Key West and 32 miles South of Marathon, this unit is perfectly located for any occasion. Accommodations to sleep up to 6 adults comfortably. Excellent location for quick and easy boating access to both Atlantic and Gulf Side. This property has a 21 foot concrete dock with a fish cleaning station, swimming ladder, and dock post. Enjoy biking the paved community or kayaking out to Kemp Channel. The possibilities are endless when you are on Keys Time. A Registration/Check-In Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out Security at time of arrival. Parking for only 1 vehicle per Unit. Extra parking permit may be available through the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests must be registered with the Rental Manager. No smoking. Up to 2 small dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of $150 per pet nonrefundable fee. Check-In is at 4pm. Check-Out is at 10am, unless otherwise arranged with the Rental Manager prior to arrival. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance Policy. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. There is a 4% credit card processing fee that will be added. We will require a copy of your driver's license after booking has been accepted. Venture Out requires us to pre-register you for your stay, please include all guests names at time of booking request to avoid delays at check-in. All reservations subject to final approval from the Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager within 24 hours of confirmed reservation.

The house was perfect for my husband and I to spend some time in the beautiful area. We enjoyed it so much, we added a day. It is close enough to Key West that we went several times, but was also nice because it was a lot quieter and were able to hang at several of the local bars/restaurants. Kelly was fantastic to work with. So accommodating and communicative. We arrived earlier than anticipated and she let us check in early and was able to let us stay a few hours longer upon check out. Highly recommend!

A wonderful get away after the holidays. We enjoyed the accommodations as they were so quaint and comfortable. We sat on the porch every morning and evening....so peaceful. A wonderful way to begin and end the day. We kayaked in the mangroves near Big Coppitt Key and spent a day in Key West. You must go to the Square Grouper and the Morning Joint! A fun time was had by all!!! Also loved Kiki'Sandbar......great music and great food! Fun vibe!

This is a great community, safe and secure with everything you need. The home was so comfortable. We loved the raised porch for sitting in the ocean breeze at night. Loved our weekend stay, wish we had more time.

We spent 3 nights at Keys Time in between Christmas and New Years. Check-in process was a bit lengthy because we hadn’t filled out the Venture Out registration in advance so they didn’t have a record of our reservation. But once we got in, we found the house to be clean, modern and comfortable! We had a great stay!

This was the best house that we have stayed at so far in Venture Out. Would definitely come back. Note that the boat area is only 17 foot, even though it is a 20 foot sea wall.

The ease of booking this facility and the friendliness of Tracy were well appreciated. I will definitely use this company again and I would 100 percent rent this property if it wasn’t for sale. It was charming and perfect for our family.

We enjoyed our stay here very much, place was well appointed and very comfortable and spacious. Dock was perfect for our boat and great access to fishing/diving. The community was very nice and the boat ramp facility was awesome. Host was very informative and was easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!

We had a very relaxing stay at Keys Time. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We rented a boat for 3 days and kept it right at our dock. We will definitely return.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The cottage was clean and well appointed. The central location allowed us to have fun at various spots and have a quick drive back. Melissa was very responsive to our questions and handles a few hiccups to our satisfaction.

Pros: decorated super cute, very clean, no bugs inside, great location, quiet area, nice neighbors, management understanding when I didn’t see their previous communication, security was really nice & joked with us. We enjoyed sitting on the back covered patio. My hubby and I had the king bed & elderly mother-in-law had the queen bed & we all agreed that we all slept great on the beds. Hubby & M-I-L have back issues & had no complaints about the beds. Cons: main bathroom door handle didn’t turn enough from the inside so each of us kept getting stuck in the bathroom. I reported bathroom issue, so hopefully it gets fixed. All dining seating is terribly uncomfortable & the bench creaks loudly if anyone over 120 lbs sits on it. Leather strapped seating is also super uncomfortable & hard to get out of. Bath towels were cute but thin. Couldn’t find kitchen towels. I own & operate a vacation rental in Florida and I feel like this place was well managed. I would definitely stay again with the hopes that some of the seating has improved.
