The Space
This inviting home features an open-concept living area filled with natural light and coastal charm. The kitchen offers ample counter space, bar-top seating, and a dining area for four, creating an easy space for meals and gathering together. Coffee lovers are covered with a Mr Coffee 12 cup drip coffeemaker, perfect for slow Keys mornings.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and a washer and dryer provide added convenience during your stay. Central air conditioning keeps the home cool and comfortable year-round.
The living room features a 65'' Smart TV and comfortable seating, making it a great place to relax after enjoying Venture Out amenities, nearby dining, or local boating and fishing opportunities located just outside the community.

This home is pet-friendly: 1 dog is allowed with a $250 non-refundable pet fee.

Golf cart rentals available: A 4-seater electric golf cart is available for an additional fee: $50 per day, $250 per week, or $750 per month. Perfect for cruising around Venture Out and exploring the community with ease. Please contact the rental manager to add this to your reservation.
Venture Out registration fee: $125 (subject to change), paid directly to the community at arrival (cash or credit card; processing fees apply)
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. Driveway size is 50'Lx10'Wx7.5'H. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly.
Community rules: Guests must follow all Venture Out rules and regulations, including quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
Payment & Booking Requirements
Signed rental agreement and government-issued ID required after booking. Please reply to the email you receive from us after signing your Rental Agreement with a photo of your ID.
