The home is not for parties, no exceptions. - Do not have more guests that stated in your reservations, and no unapproved visitors. - No Loud Music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 charge. FEE: Smoking of any kind will results in a $250 charge. FEES: Unapproved late house fees: Every 30 min after 11am is an additional fee of $75.
