Nestled in Hollywood, this charming house for $589 per night is a great option for your next break. Summary: BRAND NEW 3 bedroom condo in the heart of Hollywood centrally located near the cities most popular shopping and dining. Beautiful house between West Hollywood and Hollywood. Perfect location, walk able to malls, grocery stores, restaurants etc. couple blocks from Target, Starbucks, pharmacy, walk of fame, movie theater etc. Two car parking available and plenty of free street parking as well. The house is equipped with everything you need. The Space: This is one of the newest condos in town! All brand new building opened in 202, all brand new interior, appliances, furniture, decor, beds, mattress, furniture... everything brand new! You are literally just a few minutes away from the Sunset Strip, Hollywood Blvd, 25 minutes to DTLA and 15 minutes to Beverly Hills. The beds are comfortable and plush. This is a legitimate and spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bath condominium. Our PMS integration limits our ability to charge a credit card processing fee, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the platform. International Credit Cards have an additional 1 to 1.5% on top of the 3.55% for exchange rates totalling almost 4.7% in fees. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you. Guest Access: Guests can access the entire home. The home is not shared with anyone else. Guests have access code get in upon check-in to the entire house; includes a two car parking space on site. The Neighborhood: Quintessential Hollywood. Just a few minutes from the famed Hollywood Sunset Strip Getting Around: We recommend using and Uber or Car Rental to get around. Other Things to Note: Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking. In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well. 1) No parties. No visitors. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list. 2) No pets We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. 3) No smoking, vaping, or the like Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.50 B 18 b High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500. 4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office located. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages. 6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. Parking: Two car parking available and plenty of free street parking as well. Pre Stocking: We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests. Day of Arrival: During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment. Check In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. If you want to check-in before 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval. Check-out: Our check-out time is 10:00am. Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards. This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay. When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We really liked the property as it was nice and clean, in a quiet pocket of the neighborhood, parking garage in the unit, enough beds/bathrooms/rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids, comfortable beds, washer & dryer in the unit, enough kitchenware to have simple meals or leftovers, easy email communication and quick responses from Stay Awhile. Location worked out for us visiting areas within 30 minutes of driving most of the trip. Overall good experience!

Clean, lovely space. Lots of light. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was especially awesome since we traveled with friends. Great location in WHW: close to grocery stores, food, and bars. Few things to note: The house is lovely but could be more functional. Hand towels for the kitchen and a hook and hand towels for the 1/2 bathroom are key. The guest list, extra paperwork, and the check-in/out process with the pictures etc was a more than what I have experienced in the past and a tedious. I understand it, but it required a lot of my time. The 4-6pm check-in time is unreasonable given that is rush hour and given that many people probably are flying into LA. Reserving the right to charge $100 per hour outside of that range is gratuitous. If I had read the listing more closely I would not have rented it on principle. Thankfully, you did not charge me the fee since our flight didn’t even arrive until 6:30pm. Other than those few things, it was great! Thank you!

Three work colleagues came into L.A. for a work conference in Beverly Hills. We were looking for a 3 bedroom place with bathrooms for each of us, good privacy and a place to gather for meals and discussion. This place was just perfect for us. Easy garage to park our rental car, safe neighborhood, quiet, very clean, comfortable beds, and everything we needed similar to a hotel. The staff was super responsive at all times and the check-in process was great as they met me when I arrived. We will come back again next year.

Stayed 2 weeks in this unit and found it to be really great. Both the unit itself and the location which is centrally located for anything you want to do in LA. The unit is very clean & well maintained. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of immediately. The unit is comfortable & contemporary style and is immaculate and well stocked with everything you need. The unit comes with garage parking which was great, but a bit tight for 2 cars. Street parking is also an easy option at this location. I would definately stay here again when visiting LA.
