Summary: LOCATION: Take in endless ocean views from the rooftop pool deck or take a short 6 minute walk to the beach! Sunny Isles by Roami is the perfect home base for exploring everything Sunny Isles and South Florida has to offer. The Space: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) BATHROOM: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a rooftop pool with expansive views of the ocean and Sunny Isles skyline. FREE PARKING: Two unassigned spaces are available in the gated garage, free of charge but on a first-come, first-served basis. WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1396 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: Sunny Isles Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we're here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don't need us, we'll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

We enjoyed our stay very much and it’s a lovely location and property. There were some issues with appliances that didn’t get resolved, such as the dishwasher and the refrigerator water dispenser, but the staff do return your messages. Overall, I would stay there again.

Beautiful and spacious property, great amenities and excellent communication with the hosts. They had everything we needed + more. Location is superb, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The whole stay was so great that we are in awe and want to return asap. Sextant did a great job. Highly recommend.

The property exceeded our expectations and deserves more than 5 stars! It is exactly as it appears in the advertisement pictures; in a fantastic location; very clean with modern furnishings and appliances and equipped with all the things you need for everyday living. The automated check in and out process and parking was great and the host was very gracious and accommodating when we had a personal situation surface during our stay. We highly recommend this property and we’ll definitely book there again.

This place is amazing, key location for going to the beach three comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds. The view of Sunnyisle from the 5th floor is beautiful. This place is super clean and kitchen is fully stocked. We love staying at different Sextant Stays

The pictures of this place are great but it looks better in person. My family was completely comfortable here. The place was clean and the amenities were wonderful.
