Situated in Sunny Isles Beach, this lovely condo for $95 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Summary: LOCATION: Take in endless ocean views from the rooftop pool deck or take a short 6 minute walk to the beach! Sunny Isles by Roami is the perfect home base for exploring everything Sunny Isles and South Florida has to offer. The Space: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOM: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a rooftop pool with expansive views of the ocean and Sunny Isles skyline. FREE PARKING: Two unassigned spaces are available in the gated garage, free of charge but on a first-come, first-served basis. WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1211 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: Sunny Isles Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we're here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don't need us, we'll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

Everything is was wonderful with the property. Unfortunately the beach only had chairs for hotel guests so we couldn’t use the beach as we didn’t have chairs and couldn’t find any on the property to use. Otherwise I’d definitely stay again. Quiet safe clean property.

Clean well designed in a perfect location -quiet neighborhood, walk to beach, groceries nearby, plenty of parking, floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views. Sextant team is responsive and customer focused. We had a great time -would love to visit again!

Great location. Food and shopping was extremely close. Beach is only a 5 minute walk and it wasn't busy at the beach. Plenty of parking at the condo. Great value. Would recommend.

Excellent stay. Condo is beautiful with a great rooftop pool, patio and views. In room washer/dryer was handy as I've been on a several week trip. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Sextant is responsive to emails. I actually extended my stay an extra night and found it easy to do.
