Schöner Aufenthalt in Sunny Isles Beach

Wir haben 2 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Besitzer der Wohnung war freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt. Zu beachten ist, dass man sich in der Lobby anmelden muss, dort bekommt man dann auch einen kostenfreien Parkplatz im Parkhaus zugewiesen. Auch sollte man beachten, dass man beim Besitzer 200$ als Sicherheit hinterlegen muss, die man aber wieder bekommt, wenn man die Wohnung wieder ordentlich verlässt. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es sieht alles so aus wie auf den Bildern. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen super Ausblick auf Sunny Isles Beach und das Meer. Zum Gebäude gehört ein großzügiger Poolbereich und ein Aufenthaltsbereich mit Möglichkeiten für Billard und Tischtennis. Ebenfalls gibt es im Gebäude in Fitnessstudio das man nutzen kann, einen kleinen Laden, einen Frisör und ein kleines Café. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, in der Wohnung befinden sich Campingstühle und Strandtücher die man mitnehmen kann.

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein (keine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster o.ä.), aber es reicht dennoch aus

Good location beach you can walk in 3 minutes few restaurants in area to see more plan have a car or rent note South beach is about 30 minutes drive free parking pool weight room ĥ

Bed was flat and low but good Host 619 Tip for happier Customers get better Bed too low few pots and pan bathroom tub needs some work

I LKE OCEAN RESERVE A LOT IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY BUT NOT ALL CONDO OWNERS ARE GOOD!!

THE OWNER!!!! THERE WAS A CLEANING DESPOSIT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION WHEN I GOT TO THE ROOM THE OWNER !!!!CHARGED ME A DAMAGE DEPOSIT $ 200 THERE WAS NO DAMAGE WHEN I CHECKED OUT JUST NEEDED A LITTLE CLEANING, HE ONLY RETURNED $ 100 ALSO THE DISH WASHER DOES NOT WORK THERE WERE NO RACKS IN THE OVEN SO YOU COULD NOT BAKE ANY THING ONLY 2 PANS APT (619) IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE!!!!! AVOID THIS ONE

the furniture, especially the bed, are very low to the ground - fine if you’re young with good knees, otherwise not so much no toaster or pans to use in the oven - had to go buy an aluminum pan to make toast in the oven

An excellent choice

The three of us arrived at the apartment shown in the pictures; and the host Vlad welcomed me very kindly. Clean, bright, tidy, beautiful apartment with one bedroom, living room-kitchen and terrace with a wonderful view of the beach. Shoes must be taken off at the door (but there is nothing surprising about this, it is the same at home). The apartment is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. What we regret is that there were no tables and chairs on the terrace, but we still enjoyed the view while standing, the apartment gave us advantages. Smoking is also prohibited on the terrace (including smokeless cigarettes), but outside, on the bench in front of the building, you can smoke traditional cigarettes and IQOS. The building is also very well equipped, with a nice pool and gym (the convenience store on the ground floor is open until 10 pm, and the drink/food vending machines are open 24/7). The building is in a very good location and there are many cute children. The beach is close, other shops are within walking distance. The nearest large shopping center is a 10-minute drive away. The surroundings and the building are also very tidy and clean, the staff is kind and helpful. Everyone's smiling!🤗 Thank you Vlad! We'll be back!

Gorgeous apartment with super accommodating host.

Ocean Reserve Apartment offered by Vlad is a beautiful getaway. Vlad was super responsive for all of our questions. He met us when we arrived, handed the keys and showed around. He was very kind, and looks after the apartment very nicely. The apartment in itself is very clean, very nicely organized, has a beautiful balcony with the ocean view. The location is perfect for family vacation and for friends getaway alike. I highly recommend it, as you will be conveniently located in the heart of Sunny Isles, within 2 minute walk to the gorgeous beach, restaurants, and Aventura mall just 3 minute drive across the bridge. Free parking offered by Vlad is a huge bonus for your vacation.

Perfect place to stay for Vacation.

Great location, the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the owner of the apartment was amazing. He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The price we paid was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Miami. The view from Balcony was spectacular, it was sooo beautiful with ocean view. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Property was in a great location, great amenities. Appeared just like the pictures. Everything was clean.

It would have been nice to have a couple of extra kitchen items like some baking pans (pizza, etc) and paper towels.

Great location and view. Clean and comfortable condo in beautiful Sunny Isles.

The condo is the cleanest rental we’ve been in. the view is absolutely gorgeous and the beds very comfortable. Owner was accessible and available for questions any time. The beach is just a few minutes walk across the street and has a shower to rinse off the sand. The area is great for families and there’s a beautiful park right next to the building. Parking included is a definite plus! Overall great stay, we felt at home.

The dishwasher didn’t work but we were planning on eating out anyway and barely used the kitchen.

Safe house.

The community was nice. I’ve met Vladislav and it was a pleasure being with such a guy, he explained everything to me on my level of understanding, directed me through all of the process and made sure that I am doing alright as I stay in the complex. Definetly looking forward to stay over again in the future, see you soon.

The community managing system (reception,) etc is slow.

Great stay

We had an amazing time at ocean reserve apartments. Location is very convenient and is close to the beach, our balcony also had an ocean view. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be definitely coming back.
