Welcome to your Rockies Retreat, 2 BR 2 BA condo, located in the heart of Canmore!
** Please note that the pool will be undergoing renovations from April to June. The pool will be open during this time. But there is potential for noise and workers present outside our bedrooms windows during this time.**
We love our place in all seasons, with its amazing pool and hot tub, and easy access to hiking, biking, skiing, and the shops, pubs and grub in and around Canmore! Great family unit. Located near the hub, with amenities within walking distance. Wake up with your coffee supplied by local Eclipse Coffee, and smell the fresh scents of our Rocky Mountain Soap Company soaps and shower products.
*To respect our cleaner’s and arriving guests’ schedules, please do not request early check ins and/or late check outs and be mindful of the check in (4:00pm) and check out (11:00am) times.
**We will charge an additional cleaning fee for stays of 10 days and longer.
**We are not responsible for items left behind in the unit. We will not mail or ship any forgotten item.

Everything was great with the room except the hvac control. The unit utilizes a chilled water loop supplied by the main building and at the time of our stay it wasn’t turned on yet for the year. This meant the room was very hot and uncomfortable (around 27*C) even with all the windows open. For a listing like this, you definitely expect good hvac. The half a day the building ran the hvac chillers(Friday afternoon), the room could only get down to 22/23*C however, the giant condenser fan for the building AC system is located right below the balcony and it’s very loud. These types of issues should be more transparent in the booking or reflected in the price when they aren’t functioning properly. Resort amenities including the pool and restaurant were great!
