Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Pet Policy: **This property is cat/dog friendly. If you will be bringing your cat/dog, please reach out to us. Restrictions apply: There is a Non-Refundable pet fee of $150.00 / per pet. Your pet must be under 25 pounds maximum of 2 cat/dogs allowed. Shot records are required for your pet and must be up to date with vaccinations. Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of a Non-Refundable $500 and possible eviction so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Cat/Dog owner accepts full responsibility for your pet. Aggressive breeds are NOT allowed. No Smoking - IF any signs of smoking in property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Guests may ONLY smoke outside but agrees to pick up before check out. Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets/liquid, 4 trash bags, small box of Kleenex, 3 oz. bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bath Scrubby/loofa, bath & body soap. for stays longer than 4 nights we provide small bottles of laundry detergent, bleach & dryer sheets. Spa Robes & slippers, face mask & sleep mask (for those who like it a bit darker when they sleep) are provided for your use during your stay and a small toiletry bag with toothbrushes, razors, mouthwash & had sanitizer is your gift to keep. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Overall, a comfortable spot. Grounds are nice, bed is comfy. Storage is minimal- a series of hooks on the wall at the foot of the bed would help enormously. The kitchen is well equipped, but the appliances are distasteful - rusty, greasy and old. There is literally no counter space. You can heat up something in the oven, but cooking is not feasible

Pictures were deceiving. Place was dirty and had a bad odor! Mildew around windows and baseboard. Stove was too dirty to use! Checking in was a nightmare! Overall the worst place we ever stayed at!

Owner Beth was very hands on & promptly accommodated me from the initial questions prior to arrival, a late night request for assistance on Day 1 & my post-visit inquiries. This made for a carefree stay & was just what I required. The cottage was clean & comfy (especially the mattress!) & the accoutrements more than generous. The welcome bag of complimentary gifts, along with toiletries in bathroom, were unexpected but welcome. The front porch chairs & the table & chairs out back ensured the success of the dinner I prepared for my Mom who lives nearby! Rules regarding use of the available bicycles could be more clear in rental agreement & I will pursue should I return. Thanks for sharing this hidden treasure through VRBO!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager (Beth) and maintenance guy (Steve) were very helpful and responsive. Toiletries were provided, and plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Met great people in the other units and shared stories around the fire pit. Very close to Nokomis Beach.

We enjoyed our time at Snowy Egret. It was convenient to the places we wanted to see. The pet friendly atmosphere was welcomed so our little dog could accompany us. Bob D.

This was a really good experience for me Beth met me at the driveway gave me a tour of the area introduce the handyman to me, it was an amazing layout all you need is there all you have to do is show up, everything you need is there from cooking spices toiletries pots pans blenders all you have to do is bring food less than a half hour to beautiful beach a private backyard wooden table a wonderful fire pit under the trees on a dead-end road so no through traffic, located close to everything, a truly good experience I will go there again
