The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to restaurants and cafes. The free shuttle bus is super handy and takes you to Nai Harn Beach or Yanui Beach for free. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool is open 24 hours a day and the buffet breakfast was lovely.
The jacuzzi is part of the pool and not warm.

The breakfast was very good with different options, including local ones.
Also the free shuttle service to points of interest nearby is a good service.
They don't have a Spa/Wellness centre in the hotel, nor do they provide massages (even if in the hotel facilities it seems so). There is just an outdoor swimming pool.
The room we stayed in, was a bit quaint, we found holes in our sheets, the A/C was a bit old and noisy. Maybe it was the floor tiles, but it seemed a bit run-down and not well maintained.
We stayed in other resorts in Thailand, five and three star ones, but this one (four stars) doesn't compare. It is of a lower quality overall also in respect to the three star resort.
