About this villa rental
Villa Three is a two levels’ villa of 130sqm in total. It can easily accommodate 6 guest in 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and in 1 more bedroom with separate bathroom on the ground floor. The higher level consists of a light and airy open-plan living, dining and contemporary kitchen area that can offer unforgettable moments to a family or friends.
On the outside, a 10 meters long infinity pool and its special shallow section ideal for sunbathing on the villa's loungers offer panoramic views of Plaka bay and the surrounding plain.
The private swimming pool offers heating for a relaxing swim even on cooler days. Water temperature stays between 26°C and 29°C (instead of 20–23°C), depending on weather. Heating is upon request with a daily fee - contact us for more details.

We’ve been excited about this trip for months, and Yiannis made it even more memorable than we could have imagined from the moment he met us at the airport and personally escorted us to the villa. The villa is absolutely stunning - the inside is spacious, well decorated, and has an unbeatable view of the sea. When we weren’t out exploring the island, most of our time was spent in the heated pool, soaking in the scenery. Yiannis made sure our stay was perfect - from recommending a private chef to come to the house, to giving us a curated map of Naxos, to leaving us some welcome goodies, to increasing the pool temperature to meet our toddler’s needs…every touch made our trip special. The villa is up on a hill, but it’s an easy drive to Plaka Beach, the airport, and the main part of town. We loved driving just a couple minutes down the road to the local bakery every morning for freddo cappuccinos before we started our day. We stayed for 10 nights and could have easily stayed for 10 more. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Yiannis and his home were impeccable hosts, on an amazing island. The pictures don’t do this home justice, if that’s possible, as it was even more magical in person. The views are to die for with infinity pool and the sunsets reflecting off of it were a true highlight. The rooms are well laid out, large, and have every amenity you could ask for. Yiannis personally designed the home and you will not be disappointed. Always available for a helpful hand, Yiannis even has a detailed google map which shows points of interests, restaurants, and places to visit. This place will not disappoint you! We can’t wait to be back!

Yiannis was the perfect host and made everything so accommodating! He met us at the port with our rental cars and drove us to the villa. He gave us a map of the area with recommendations, which were great! The villa was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed and much more! You won’t regret this stay.

Beautiful house with an amazing view! We enjoyed our stay very much! We spent most of our time out on the patio with an amazing infinity pool overlooking the ocean after our visit to the beaches. The house is beautiful, clean and very private. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. It's quite a hike to get there, you are literally driving up a mountain, but the view and the privacy is amazing. I definitely recommend Bellevue Villas! Our host Yiannis came to the port to make sure we got to our location and would check in on us to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. He gave us information on the beaches, the island itself and restaurants he recommends. He was awesome. I am looking forward to visiting again in the near future!
