Within 2-3 minutes walk one can find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bank, pharmacy and also all major wedding hotels on Nissi Avenue like the Nissi Beach Resort. Ayia Napa center 2 Km away, bus stop and Taxis 2 min walk from the apartment. The apartment has a large communal pool and neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. It has been fully renovated and consists of open plan living, dining, kitchen areas. Living room has straight access to an amazing size balcony with outdoor dinning table, 2 sunbeds and umbrella where here one can enjoy unlimited sunshine and views of the communal pools as well as the sea.
