New build two bedroom, two bathroom house with ample parking, large maturing garden. This delightful property is very well equipped, light and airy, in quiet location in historic Lyme Regis. This house is a home, therefore featuring all amenities and comforts. It is a peaceful retreat after a busy day at the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by countryside. Parking for 2 cars + visitor spaces.

We arrived to a beautifully clean house which was light and airy. Loads of space and plenty of places to hang clothes and put things away. The kitchen had everything you could need. Everything was spotless. The beds were really comfy with lots of pillows, we slept really well. The location is great, the walk down to town takes about 15 mins and there was a great taxi to take us back up in the evening when our child’s legs couldn’t manage it.
We had a lovely weekend away, thank you .
