I really like this place. The best thing is that it is located in the center of Hanoi, not far from the main tourist attractions, but the area is very cozy and quiet, not many tourists, no noise. The stuff is super friendly and is doing their best to help. Ms. Luna, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful, many thanks to her.

Profesjonalna i miła obsługa. Nasze wszystkie problemy zostały rozwiązane. Zorganizowano nam transfer na lotnisko w obie strony.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Man hat 5 Handtücher pro Person bekommen + jegliche Hygieneartikel. Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte keine Fenstern, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat. Wir würden auch ein zweites Mal hier herkommen.

Hôtel super bien placé, au calme, au fond d'une impasse. Restaurants locaux à proximité. ATTENTION: PAS D'ASCENSEUR. Les chambres les moins chères sont sans fenêtres.
Personnel très sympa mais ne parlent pas anglais. Prévoir un traducteur😊.
