About this apartment rental
In the heart of Filey, just a few minutes walk from the sand and the sea, is this brand new holiday apartment! Belle House offers everything you need for your perfect seaside getaway, with a great selection of shops, café’s and restaurants on the doorstep and free allocated parking included. This apartment also welcomes one well-behaved dog during your stay.
Located on the first floor, the apartment is open plan, offering a bright, spacious and airy living, dining and kitchen space. With a wall mounted flat screen TV, comfy sofas, and a selection of board games, the living area is perfect for relaxed family fun after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is stylish and excellently equipped, providing a full oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave kettle and toaster, and even a Nespresso machine, for that perfect morning coffee whilst you make plans for the day.
The master bedroom has lovely decor, with a king-size bed, plenty of storage and thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, clock radio and hangers in the wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room with mains shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
In the second bedroom, there are two full size single beds, and ample storage.
The main family bathroom is very smart and contemporary, with a bath with shower over, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and a back-lit mirror to give a real luxury feel.
Whilst the seaside town of Filey is famous for a great day at the beach, there are various other attractions in the local area that will leave you spoilt for choice with where to explore first.
Glen Gardens is within easy walking distance less than a mile away, and offers beautiful parkland and gardens to explore, adventure golf and stunning views out over the coast. If you take your golf a little more seriously, Filey Golf Club is very nearby, just a little further on from Glen Gardens.
For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, why not make your way down to the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast for a spot of spectacular bird watching at the Bempton Cliffs. An established nesting spot from March – October, over 200,000 Puffins, Gannets, Kittiwakes and Guillemots take to the ledges of the white chalk cliffs almost 400ft up from sea level.
The larger town of Scarborough is also only roughly a 20 minute drive away and offers lots more to see and do. You can visiting the famous Rotunda Museum, a beautiful building housing unusual and interesting artefacts, or take a tour around Scarborough Castle, a mediaeval stronghold now looked after by English Heritage, with a busy calendar of live events throughout the year.

This is our second stay at these appartments and we have already booked again for next year. They are well presented (with modern furnishings), comfortable, spacious and clean. You also have your own parking bay, which is important in Filey. When you go out of the door you are in the main street. The appartment is quiet despite this. The price of the apartment was reasonable too. Finest Retreats are very easy to contact and will answer any quieres you may have. All in all an excellant service.
We stayed on the 1st floor and wished the appartments had a lift to help with the luggage and my elderly mother.

How close it is to the beach, local shops and parking available made it easy to walk around.
Very clean apartment. Everything we need we found. I’d come back whenever I visit Filey or Scarborough.

We loved our stay at belle house apartments. Value for money was fantastic! The only thing we’d of loved was a private outdoor area, however with the beach so close it wasn’t a necessity.
