The bedrooms consist of a double, twin and single, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a decked area with patio furniture and a private off-road parking space at the top of Church Hill. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One small well-behaved dog downstairs permitted. An easy starter log is provided, outside the Summer months, for your first evening which burns for approximately three hours, more logs are usually available at local garages and shops. There are very steep steps leading up to the elevated garden area, please take care. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 9.30am. Whisk your loved ones away for an idyllic stay at Grey Roofs. No smoking. 1 small well behaved dog allowed downstairs. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.1 miles. Note: The car park is located about 100m away from the property up a steep hill. The front door is accessed via a narrow walkway and steps. The elevated garden and terrace is accessed via very steep steps so care should be taken. Not suitable for the elderly or people with restricted mobility and children should not be left unsupervised Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations. Town: Port Isaac is one of Cornwall's best-kept secrets. Fishing villages nestled in steep valleys, the old hamlet remains untouched from its days of fishing, exporting slate, and running smuggling gangs in the last century. It's easy to go to the village's numerous restaurants and stores, which are supplemented by a wide variety of little character homes. As the tide goes out, the sandy harbour becomes a haven for rock pools. A short drive from the Polzeath, Daymer, and Rock beaches, this property is ideal for both a romantic getaway and a family vacation. At the very top of the village, there is plenty of space for vehicles to park.

Really good overall and excellent in every way but should note dont keep food out! Left the bread out (in wrapper) the first night and the mice got to it! It is part of country living and no problem but worth a warning! We had a wonderful time and would definitely go again. Rooftop terrace was wonderful and position is perfect.
