About this villa rental
If you’re looking for a holiday villa , with immediate access to a flagged sandy beach and where space and privacy go hand in hand with comfort and elegance, this 5-bedroom villa is the answer.
Villa Adalia is located in Kapparis, a suburb of Protaras with just a few steps away from Fireman's beach, which is known for its fine golden sands and crystal clear waters . The local area has lots to offer with restaurants, bars/cafeteria supermarkets fruit markets, water sports, shops, bank, and much more.
The outdoor space of the villa is cleverly designed to provide an ideal setting for leisure and relaxation with large verandas and a generous size private pool with plenty of sunbathing space and large garden, overlooking the sea. Other facilities include comfortable dining and sitting area, BBQ and a pool shower.
On entering the villa you will find an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area open to a comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoying a movie. The dining area consisting of a dining table seats eight people. The modern fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops with built in oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils.
On the ground floor you will also find a guest bedroom with double bed and a shower room.
On the 1st floor there are 4 large air-conditioned rooms accommodating 8 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. All bedrooms are en-suite and 2 of the bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a shared balcony which offers a spectacular sea views .
The house is fully air-conditioned and offers a free unlimited Wi-Fi.

This property has so much potential. It’s in one of the best locations with everything at your fingertips - beach, restaurants, bars all within a few minutes walk. The sea view from the pool area is just stunning. The property was clean and the hosts ‘My Exclusive Villas’ were excellent. It is an expensive villa and you are paying for location and view. It’s spacious with 5 bedrooms and you have your privacy with all rooms being en- suite. However it is in no shape or form a luxury villa which we expected for the price. The inside is tired, it has old furniture which is worn and scratched. An old cooker which has seen better days. Small lumpy pillows, a dirty unusable BBQ. Grass area where the sun loungers are isn’t kept well and the grass is jaggy and difficult to walk on. No parasols so you can’t get shade lying on a sun lounger. You need to move to the terrace. Small things like that which is such a pity.We loved our holiday though and would definitely use ‘My Exclusive Villas’ again as they were excellent. They responded quickly to any issues we had. Overall, it’s a big villa with a great view but very run down and in need of a complete overhaul outside and inside.
