Very friendly staff. The room was quite clean. Nice bed. Comfortable stay overall. It's exactly next to the train station. The sea is 5 minutes away and the village has a nice supermarket.
Just one person in the kitchen was speaking English, and she was very friendly. You could print some basic instructions in English at least. Like check-out time, WiFi password, recycling information, breakfast times etc. Also, the corridors were smelling oil because of the restaurant on the ground level. The room was clean but not in detail. The sound isolation was not so good. I could hear people talking but at least everyone went to bed early.

The location was superb, right by the train station so I had easy access to other towns and also was very close to the beautiful beach, shops, restaurants, parks and other amenities. I would definitely return and it was very convenient and good value for money. The family who own this could not have been friendlier - Sebastián and his family went out of their way to help me especially during a medical issue which I had. They were superb and just very kind and organised. They were very kind to me when my flight become constantly delayed due to Etna’s eruptions allowing me to keep my room throughout for which I am very grateful. The staff who clean the rooms are so efficient and helpful always providing fresh towels and toilet paper - honestly I would return without hesitation. The room was large with a large balcony with sea view, a large shower room and all was spotless. Thank you so much.
