The location. However - if you arrive by Bus - schedule a taxi with the help of the owner unless you have very little luggage. Owner and staff very responsive through What's App.
The extra bed seems to need a new mattress. the upstairs guests had wood floors and was very loud in the middle of the night. Could use more storage in the bath and for clothing.

Perfect restored house in the old walled city. Beautiful and charming.
Had a bit of difficulty in communicating with the owner to check in. If I had an eSIM (my spouse had it on his phone) things would have been simple. We walked down th street to the cafe/bistro and they called him.
