The accommodation is located inside Villa Bice, a historic building at the beginning of the Alassio hill, which in the past hosted schools. In a dominant position with respect to the city, the apartment enjoys a fantastic view of the sea and all of Alassio. The accommodation has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large mezzanine with a sitting area, a desk for smart-working and a sofa bed, and a wonderful living area, with lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to the large full-height windows, the accommodation is very bright and enjoys a fantastic view, both from the windows and from the splendid terrace where you can eat or have an aperitif looking at the sea of Alassio. Furnished with taste and quality furniture, it allows you to spend wonderful and relaxing holidays in the renowned Alassio. It is also equipped with a parking space just a few steps from the entrance to the condominium

For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
