Casa molto luminosa e spaziosa con tutti i comfort, panorama sul porto molto bello
Mi dispiace ma le pulizie non venivano fatte come si deve, anche se gli asciugamani venivano cambiati tutti i giorni il bagno ed il pavimento spesso non veniva pulito e una cosa inaccettabile per me è venire a pulire alle h14. 30 tutti i giorni, a quell'ora vorrei pranzare o riposare tranquilla almeno in vacanza, la caldaia si è rotta e prontamente il giorno dopo è stata messa apposto, ma si poteva anche evitare di chiedermi 3 volte se avessi toccato qualcosa visto che non sono 1 idraulico e non metto mani dove non devo o che forse si è rotta perché facevo troppe lavatrici, (una al giorno), il bar, personale disattento ogni mattina 40min per fare colazione nonostante dicessi il giorno prima di tenermi i cornetti il giorno dopo spesso non c'erano e ti rispondevano anche in mal modo tutto ciò alle 9/9:15 visto che apre alle 8:00 è inconcepibile, pulizie e bar a parte la casa era molto bella

Eravamo solo di passaggio, ma abbiamo goduto di una vista meravigliosa da quel balconcino. La camera pulita e spaziosa. Veramente ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Inoltre mio marito aveva dimenticato sul tavolino (senza accorgersene) la fede nuziale. Siamo stati chiamati dal gestore che molto carinamente ci ha dato la possibilità di recuperarla al nostro ritorno dopo 10 gg, con la massima disponibilità di orario. Grazie grazie grazie...
Piccolo problema con la doccia, ma può capitare.

The view was amazing. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Restaurant for simple cornetto and cappuccino was very good. Best panzerotti in Molfetta!
Never met the owner. No clothes rack to dry clothes. No minibar. No iron. Room smelled like either bleach or raw sewage. Basically I’d paid for the view. Pictures were very deceptive. Shower is on the other side of the room from the bathroom. It’s an old building so understandable. If you can’t do stairs well, it’s not the place to go.
