Lovely large home very near to Doolin and the Doolin ferry. We loved the sunset! Doolin is a fun village and we were able to walk to a pub from the house. A great experience and the perfect spot to stay while doing a day trip out to Inishmore.

It's not immediately clear from the listing that this home is a part of a cluster of buildings which seem like they were perhaps a hotel/lodge of some kind in the past, and the complex seems to be under continued upgrade or improvement with some heavy equipment coming and going during our stay. Ensuite baths for each bedroom are terrific for group stays, though the hallway and stairways with isolating fire doors make the home feel a bit more institutional. Location is wonderful and the area is absolutely lovely.
