Nice location with good restaurant and friendly staff

Great location with nice restaurant at the lake. Good family room, nice breakfast, friendly staff and free parking.

Switzerland has become even more expensive, so prepare for that. Family dinner easily costs 200 euro without entrees or dessert, which is quite a shock if you are on your way back from Italy. Luckily the food is good (and Italian).

Fantastic staff, lovely Italian restaurant - food superb - beautiful room, very cosy!

Will surprise with breakfast !!!!!!! Not much to choose //Good view Good for parking Hotel Location

We book 2 rooms for sea view + balcony.Staff down grade to 1 room + seaview +Balcony another are smaller and no balcony.

Super fast and easy check-in, friendly staff, amazing location right in front of the lake, big spacious room and comfortable bed, parking no problem and nice restaurant on the other side of the building as well even though I didn't get a chance to try it myself. When I realized that I would have to leave before breakfast opened at 8am the staff was so kind to prepare me a delicious calzone plus croissant and juice in the early morning which was perfect!

Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was very good with best veiw and staff were very helpful and courteous.

Lack of lighting in the room however it is a pre electricity building.

Hotel and staff were really good and menu was good. Hard to rate location as it was raining the day we stayed. Location and views were fabulous. Would definitely return if travelling through

An amazing location, very nice staff, dog friendly albeit a little expensive for the standard of room.

The location was stunning and lovely for walking. Dog friendly and staff are great 👍

The room we had was a mishmash of old furniture and we felt it was expensive for what we had but other rooms may be nicer 👍

Absolutely wonderful

A lovely room overlooking the lake and mountains, view was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were lovely, definitely eat at the restaurant in the evening outside overlooking the lake.

Great Stay in a beautiful location

Location was great, so was the room and the view from the room was spectacular. We enjoyed the walks around the Hotel which gives straight to Lake Luzerne. The Italianer, the Hotel's restaurant is actually excellent. You can sit and enjoy dinner by the Lake. It was really romantic. Access to Luzerne (City) is easy if you have a car. If you visit Luzerne I suggest you use the car park at the Central Train Station and avoid using the motorway, its nicer driving along the secondary roads.

Breakfast, unfortunately a bit disappointed there.

Amazing holidays in a quite and beautiful place

The hotel is well situated near a beautiful lake. But not only the place makes it wonderful, but also the personnel who works in the hotel and in the italian restaurant. The service is high-class, the personnel is very professional and attentive, and the food is so delicious! We feel coming back there again and again. Special thanks for Francois and all his colleagues who made our stay so special and memorable!

lovely hotel in a beautiful location right on the edge of lake.

perfect location right on the lake 👌 restaurant serves great food good shower, helpful staff. warm room. comfortable bed. the exterior of the hotel is beautiful.

Room decor needs attention, uncomfortable pillows and rough towels. needs modernisation.

The view and location is great and the staff are friendly, unfortunately the property is a let down.

Rooms were dirty & dusty. Most of the lights did not work. The fan did not work. The toilet seat was broken and loose. The owners seem to not be sure if they are running a hotel or a restaurant.
