Our cozy one-room vacation apartment in the "Haus am Hövt" is ideal for romantic getaways for two or for a vacation with a small family! With 36 m² of living space, you’ll find a spacious living area with a sitting area, dining table, double bed, and built-in kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Large windows give the vacation rental a very warm and cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. You can even see the Baltic Sea from the apartment!
Wonderfully relaxing hours on the sunny southwest-facing balcony guarantee you unforgettable vacation moments on Rügen! The “Haus am Hövt” vacation complex also features a large outdoor area with a communal garden, barbecue area, and ping-pong table.
For convenient self-catering, the apartment’s kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner stove, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
Sleeping arrangements for two people include a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m). An extra bed is available (upon request).
The vacation rental’s amenities include a modern TV, and you’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi—of course, at no extra charge.

General Information: We’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair (upon request). A washer and dryer are available in the house. Private parking is available for your car, and there’s a separate parking space for bicycles. You’re welcome to bring your dog (for an additional fee). Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Wir sind am 17.09.22 mit unserem Hund angereist. Der Empfang war freundlich, die Unterkunft sauber und gemütlich. Ein kliener Balkon, Wohn- Schlafzimmer mit Küchenzeile und ein Bad. Völig ausreichend für 2 Personen u Hund . Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Der Strand ist nicht weit, das Naturschutzgebiet beginnt vor der Haustür. Auch bis in die Stadt ist es nicht weit. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Eine relativ große, helle und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Balkon im östlichten Haus Rügens. Sauberes und gepflegtes Ambiente mit geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Auch die Matrazen waren nach unserem Empfinden top. Das Bad war zwar nicht mehr auf dem aller neuesten Stand, trotzdem funktionierte alles perfekt und sauber war es auch. Und es soll wohl auch ab diesen Herbst einige bauliche "Aufhübschungen" geplant sein. PS: Bei angekündigten Südwind suchen Sie sich bitte lieber einen etwas entfernten Parkplatz aus, sonst gibt´s ein "feinsandiges" Erwachen ;-)
