The room (29 square meters) is fully equipped: bed (1.40 m), desk, sitting area, closet, kitchen with kitchen utensils, and bathroom with shower. The apartment includes bed linens, towels, and all cooking utensils. Co-working and living in the countryside. Welcome to Nordwald Space in Nordhalben—your retreat in the heart of the Franconian Forest. Here you’ll find peace, inspiration, and a community that helps your ideas flourish. Everyone who works remotely or is traveling through the beautiful Franconian Forest is welcome. We have 1,160 m² of space for you to thrive—the old school building in our idyllic community has been converted into a modern coworking and living space. In addition to your apartment, you’ll have the opportunity to work throughout the entire space. Let yourself be inspired. There’s plenty going on in Nordhalben and the surrounding area. In case you ever need a break from your laptop. We look forward to being your hosts. See you soon in Nordhalben. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash on site. Payments via PayPal are also accepted. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Check-out is available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. A security deposit of 500 EUR is required for stays longer than 30 days. Keys are handed over on-site. Pets are not allowed. We are a smoke-free home. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). Meals can be booked as an option (bread roll service, breakfast). The base rate includes the use of: towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine, dryer, terrace, lounge, and co-working spaces.
