Access to the living area, bedroom, and bathroom is via a communal hallway. The living bedroom features a double bed with two mattresses (80 cm x 200 cm), while a small separate bedroom contains an bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm). The bathroom includes a shower and WC. A separate, spacious kitchen is situated away from the living area and is also accessible through the communal hallway.
All apartments are equipped with digital SAT-TV, an LCD TV with HD and USB connections, a radio/CD/USB player, and Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy shared use of the communal garden, equipped with furniture, and have access to a shared bicycle storage area. Smoking and pets are not permitted throughout the building.
