Whether it’s spring, summer, fall, or winter, Provence is always a dream.
Located very close to Uzès and rated 3 stars.
This stone house, which is several hundred years old, stands in the heart of the village of Le Pin and has been lovingly renovated. The owners live in another house on the property, and there is also a vacation rental behind the main house. It is a beautiful, typical Provençal village house consisting of several adjoining sections.
You can expect high-quality furnishings with great attention to detail, arranged with a lot of passion.
The house spans nearly 100 square meters over two floors. Both floors are also accessible separately from the outside (an outdoor stone staircase leads to the first floor).
Each floor features a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. There is also a kitchen. On the first floor, there is also a separate dining room and a bar.
There are two terraces and a spacious courtyard with plenty of room. Barbecue outdoors right outside your door under the hand-forged rose arch and dine at the 360-kilo stone table under the lush, green arbor. You’ll love it.
The four of you can enjoy a wonderful vacation together. And yet, each of you can enjoy a personal retreat on your own floor.
Ideal for couples who are friends. Or for couples who prefer a bit more space.
Duvets, pillows, and bed linens, as well as towels and dish towels, are included in the price. In addition, upon your arrival, you’ll find plenty of items to help you get started and ensure a pleasant stay (paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, cotton swabs, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, trash bags, Vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, books, CDs, board games, boules, etc.).
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge. There’s also a flat-screen TV (with German, French, and English-language channels). And a radio/CD player. A private library, card games, other games, boules, and much more.
