With its 170 square meters and two (en-suite) bedrooms, the apartment is very spacious. You’ll be surrounded by a 100-square-meter private terrace featuring a garden area, many flowers, and palm trees. You’ll have two large parking spaces (nos. 13 and 14), which you can easily reach via the elevator right in front of your entrance door. You won’t have to climb any stairs during your stay and will have access to all the private facilities, which are very well maintained. These include the community gardens, the library, the large outdoor pool with a waterfall feature, the sauna, the fitness studio, the indoor pool, and the Turkish bath.

From your private entrance, you’ll find access to the large living room, the guest restroom, the kitchen with its small utility room for doing laundry, and the two bedrooms, each featuring charming wooden double beds, built-in closets, and en suite bathrooms. Every room offers beautiful views of the gardens.

The mosaic tiles in the bathrooms, designed in a typical Mediterranean style and featuring bidets, rain showers, and a jacuzzi, are handmade from Egyptian marble. Both bathrooms are equipped with the option to take a shower or a bath. In winter, you can enjoy heated floors, while air conditioning is available in every room during the summer. Fresh towels and rugs will be provided, along with 100% cotton bed linens. Behind the linen curtains, you’ll find electric shutters in both bedrooms.

The apartment is in excellent condition—freshly renovated and very well-maintained. The linens are professionally laundered, and the apartment is professionally cleaned (in accordance with pandemic safety standards).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a blender, toaster, and SodaStream to Broste Copenhagen tableware, champagne, wine, sparkling wine, and water glasses, a pitcher, a dishwasher, an ice compartment, a microwave, a French press, an oven, and everything else you could need to cook and prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can wash, dry, and iron your clothes in a separate small room behind the kitchen. The two dining tables—one in the living room and one on the huge terrace—seats four people.

A built-in water filtration system ensures that the water throughout the entire apartment (and from every faucet!) is of spring water quality. You won’t need to bring bottled water here because the filters are checked regularly, as are the pool and common areas.

In the living room, you can enjoy the fireplace and a large 8K flat-screen TV from the comfort of the sofa. You’ll have access to high-speed internet throughout the apartment, making this an ideal place for reliable remote work. You can connect to the portable JBL speaker to listen to music.
