Wir hatten bei der Buchung mit angegeben das wir gerne 2 Saunatücher und Küchenutensilirn gerne hätten per Mail uns telefonisch. Ber der Ankunft war natürlich nichts da. Als wir in die Wohnung kamen war diese eiskalt,man hatte vergessen die Fussbodenheizung im Vorfellt auf das ☆ zu stellen.Haben den ganzen Donnerstag gefrohten und erst am Freitagmittag wurde die Wohnung langsam warm.Seit Freitag funktioniert auch die Sauna nicht mehr. Weder der Hausmeisterservice noch der Vermieter noch FEWo direkt haben sich im das Problem gekümmert! Wir konnten die Sauna nicht mehr benutzen.Desweiteren konnten wir den Fernseher im Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen da er immer die Zugangsdaten von Magenta TV haben wollte...die wir aber nicht hatten. Der Hausmeistersevics war zwar mal kurz da bekam aber das Problem nicht in den Griff. Wir fanden es sehr traurig das uns niemand geholfen hat. Hatten die Wohnung extra wegen der Sauna gebucht. Wir machen öfters solche Kurzurlaube und waren immer zufrieden, aber was da ab geht ist nicht schön...die müssen noch viel lernen. Ist auch kein Handbuch in der Wohnung wonach man sich orientieren kann,wie was funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist noch ausbaufähig. Mfg Schade eigentlich eine schöne Gegend!!!
